We paid in full and believe in good faith that things will go smooth. COVID hits we encounter delays. When we called to finalize, my staff called and speak to CHRIS and TODD! They are now PYE BARKER. Extremely different culture. They gave us all the excuses and run around. We called 2 weeks ago to inform them that we are ready. 3 weeks later, they said, "it will be a lot of work, permit is expired because it only last a year (??? - due to COVID this was extended July 2021), there's no copy of the zoning of this job so it will be a lot of work (???), we don't have your contact information (all our contact info is in front of all the doors of the building and how can they deal business and took thousands of dollars without contact info?), we're gonna have to charge you hourly (???) - I mean, for a NATIONAL COMPANY LIKE THIS - How can people operate like this? We need to talk to the people who actually knows what they're talking about and be responsible and decent to talk to! We have a contract to complete the job, paid in full. We are still waiting on what they're going to pull next. I am hoping this is a miscommunication in the transition. I will update my review with an objective summary and see what happen next...

We were told they would be out the next morning. NOTHING. We recalled and were told they would be out the next day. NOTHING. On the third day, as the damage has built up, upon our third all, they told us they didn't have sufficient staff to respond to our emergency. As a result we called SERVEPRO, who immediately returned our call. Three days to figure out they didn't have the staff to justify a response to our emergency? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Did the job but tried to overcharge and also used item I had purchased to do the work. Didn't give me a quote on the rest of the work I wanted done, major things such as new floor and vanity replacement, and when it was over told me only then he didn't take credit cards, wanted cash and 'take it off my credit card'. When i refused, surprised that anyone professional didn't take credit cards or tell a customer price and payment beforehand, his friend wanted me to write a check to CASH. When i objected, relented and gave me his name, not Brill Plumbing. Didn't put the knobs on the toilet. Used my floor tiles to 'lift' the toilet. When I called about the knobs, the man who answered the phone sounded completely oblivious to what had happened and I have to think it was a different man with his friend that showed up and acted so horribly. Never again. One of the worst experiences of my life with any 'professional'.
