But, he believed that the unit was near the end of its life. He recommended we buy a new softener. So, we ordered one. On July 17th Mark promptly arrived at our home ready to begin. Our particular installation was somewhat complicated and took most of the day. But, we couldn't be more satisfied. The installation was done with professional exactness. We'd call it a work of art. But, the hatred, racism stereotyping, sexism, and forcing his religious views on me guarantee I will not have him back. I do not choose to promote or pay for hate speech. Not now, not ever. I truly know he had no idea how inaccurate and false and offensive his actions were. But, as someone whose family had allotments on the Yakama reservation and who is an actual member of a tribe who still resides on THAT reservation, to have a white man from Yakima spouting such racism against my people was sickening.
