It felt like there was a lack of awareness or consideration for the audience's time. Most of the time there are only one or two people working the counter, and many of the employees come across as rude, uninterested teenagers with little customer service. There have been multiple times we've arrived for the last showing only to find the concession stand already closed or closing, or they've completely run out of popcorn. The biggest issue is that the posted showtimes are unreliable. Twice we've checked the movie times online, arrived on time, and been told the movie had already started because "the times online are wrong." That's completely unacceptable. Today was the third time in the last year that we showed up for the 8:45 p.m. showing, only to find the entire theater closed. The lights were off, trash was scattered all over the outside, and there wasn't a single employee in sight. The days of the Rifle movie theater being a dependable, enjoyable place are gone. It's become a hit-or-miss experience every single time. This theater desperately needs consistent management on-site, accurate showtimes, and mature, responsible employees who actually care about providing good customer service. It's disappointing to see what this place has become.

That is like going to Red Lobster and being told they are out of seafood. Carrots are literally the rabbit's entire brand. Absolutely unserious behavior. Then we ordered a dessert drink that supposedly came with bunny ears. It arrived earless. At this point, the rabbits weren't the only things being chased..... Just when we thought the evening couldn't get stranger, someone walked past our table and crop-dusted us with the confidence of a person who had diplomatic immunity. I cannot prove it was the hostess, but spiritually, I believe it was the hostess. The breeze had authority.
