I was so impressed with Mori's sketch book I decided to finally get the tattoo I always wanted. For 9 years I have looked for an artist who shared my asthetic. I went to several places in Seattle but never found a good fit. She worked with me until we got the design just the way I wanted. She was patient and kind. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Again, she was very thorough with her post-procedure instructions. As a nurse practitioner I was glad to see she had an autoclave for sterilizing her equipment and that she used new needles on each person. She carefully inspected each needle before use using a jeweler eyepiece. I would highly recommend Mori.

Bad Experience; poor customer service. I had microblading on my eyebrows as well as eyeliner…read moretattooing. 2 a.m. the following day I woke up with goopy eyes, swelling and excruciating pain. I was unable to see out of my right eye and only able to read the first to lines of an eye chart from my left, in Immediate Care. Antibiotics given for scratched cornea (both eyes). Her response 7 DAYS LATER via text indicates it was a "reaction" and reminded me of the consent form I signed. I told her that a consent does not protect her for liability or responsibility. She feels there was no neglect on her part. Certainly, allowing ink to run in my eyes is, as far as I'm concerned, is neglect. I requested a partial refund to help cover cost of lost work, medical visits and medication, of which she has refused. Of note, I was fully prepared to take her to arbitration until I found out there is a $600 filing fee. My guess is she's aware of this and standing her ground. Of note, I'm very pleased with the final outcome but have no intentions of ever returning. Buyer beware.

Doris and her daughter Wendy do the permanent makeup at reasonable prices. I had my lips, eyeliner and brows. They take great pains choosing your colors---since it is permanent. My one criticism is that they apply on the conservative side so that you can hardly see the eyeliner. They were happy to go back and fill in the liner but who wants to go thru that again!! They give discounts to returning customers and for touchups. Doris has done electrolysis for years and keeps up on trends. Her method is absolutely permanent! I no longer have a uni-eyebrow!! It takes many visits since new hair is constantly growing but once it's done...hurray!! I can't comment on the hair dressers as I have not used any of their services.
