She truly listens to what you're saying and does her best, checking in along the way to make sure she's on the same page as you. She's honest with how your actual hair structure will match the picture you have, either in your mind or on your phone. She's sweet and funny and will give you an honest opinion to the questions you have concerning your hair, style, texture, etc. She's easy to schedule an appointment with and will try to accommodate. I went in asking for a honey blonde warm balayage (left pic) what I got was almost platinum blonde (right). At the end of my visit, I asked for a blowout, she said "Oh of course, you have to end with a good blowout," then she got a curling iron and curled my hair. It's crazy I do not understand how this could happen, we watched videos of the warm golden blonde I wanted and she sounded like she totally understood and could pull that off, she could not. I wish salon professionals were professional enough to just say "That color isn't achievable for your hair/texture" or "We can't get you to that color all at once" or just say something honest. This also was a $369 service, so just not worth the money when you don't get what was discussed.
