She's honest with how your actual hair structure will match the picture you have, either in your mind or on your phone. At the end of my visit, I asked for a blowout, she said "Oh of course, you have to end with a good blowout," then she got a curling iron and curled my hair. It's crazy I do not understand how this could happen, we watched videos of the warm golden blonde I wanted and she sounded like she totally understood and could pull that off, she could not. I wish salon professionals were professional enough to just say "That color isn't achievable for your hair/texture" or "We can't get you to that color all at once" or just say something honest. This also was a $369 service, so just not worth the money when you don't get what was discussed.
