First off, a nice sense of calm welcomed me from the melodic sounds of nature, as I walked up from the parking lot to the Spa doors. Then a second scent of renewed energy embraced me as entered the serene lobby. This was a very new experience for me to have my hair appointment at a full spa. It is like night and day. I met with Alexis and she made me feel so at ease. I told her my back was sore and she brought me a heated pillow. Alexis asked me what I was looking to get out of our session and she over exceeded my asks! She put the TLC back into my hair and helped me feel rejuvenated and myself again. I had also noticed the quality of the work on my hair (cut and color) over time not meeting my expectations but again, I am loyal and we'd spent a lot of time together. When charged for something I should not have been charged for and her canceling my appointment so she could go on vacation, I had 'the gall' to question that, and she decided to let ME go as a client, claiming she has had to 'adjust her pricing' for me. This is untrue. I've paid the exorbitant prices and frequent increases but have spoken up. If you're anything like me, steer clear.
