One of my and my sisters favorite things to do is to discover new crystal stores. Today, Yelp found us Crystal Vibez. Parking is limited and this shop is a lot smaller than we are used to, however, they had many good items to check out. The woman working today was Antonette. She so kindly showed us around the small shop and pointed out that the candles and bars of soaps were homemade. There was even homemade whipped body butters. Very impressive. They had a nice variety of crystals, different types of sage, books, jewelry, and a beautiful giant piece of amethyst. Most of the items I looked at were reasonably priced, while a few were on the more expensive side. I had picked out several things I was excited about: a few bars of homemade soap, body butter, a labradorite stone, some sage, a zodiac candle, and two tiny voodoo doll keychains. Unfortunately, the checkout process took much longer than expected, and when I was given the total, it didn't sound quite right. I'm a very visual person, so I asked if I could see the items being rung up. That's when we discovered that the discounts hadn't been applied correctly. For example, two bars of soap were supposed to be slightly discounted when purchasing two or more. I also noticed that the body butter was ringing up at a different price than what I had seen on the shelf, so I decided not to purchase it. The two tiny voodoo doll keychains were coming out to $15.98, which I personally didn't feel they were worth, and the zodiac candle was also ringing up $5 more than the displayed price. When I asked about the price differences, I was told that the prices in the computer were different from the prices displayed on the shelves, and the displayed prices could not be honored. Even after showing Antonette there was a display showing a special price of $10. At that point, between the long checkout process, the discounts initially not being applied, and the discrepancies between the shelf prices and the register prices, I started to feel uncomfortable with the transaction. Ultimately, I decided to leave everything behind rather than complete the purchase. I really wanted to like this shop because there were some genuinely cute and unique things inside, and Antonette was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the checkout experience and pricing discrepancies left me with a bad feeling. I'd love to see them improve their checkout process and make sure the prices displayed on the shelves match what's in the register. If those issues were addressed, I'd be much more comfortable giving the shop another try. After I posted a photo of the zodiac candle showing the $10 price, Tina, the owner, reached out to apologize for my experience. She offered me a candle and store credit to make things right, which I really appreciate. I'm not sure when I'll make it back out to Sacramento with my crazy schedule, but when I do, I'd be happy to give Crystal Vibez another try and update my review based on that experience. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting a Yelp member at a recent UYE. During our breaking of bread, she mentioned that she had a little shop not far from where we were dining. Her description of the business really perked my interest! I always love places that promote self care and infuse uplifting vibes. We all headed over and I immediately knew that this was my kind of atmosphere! She was eager to show us some of the hand made items throughout the store, that included scented soaps, lotions, and oils. But that's not all you will find within! They have on display beautiful rocks and minerals, crystal decorations, jewelry, sun catchers, wind chimes, scented candles, gift bags and positivity posted around every turn. The vibez are just what I needed. I love stores like this, and Crystal Vibez has just the right mix of intimate and friendly atmosphere. You can tell that the items available are lovingly handpicked and handmade with care. I came in the other night with some friends to try out samples and hopefully get my hands on some lotion. Mission accomplished. I also found myself a pretty new ring. They had so many great choices in the jewelry section, between earrings, rings, bracelets, and necklaces made with gemstones and crystals, that it was very hard for me to leave with just one item, especially given the fair prices. The lotion I settled on was lavender, my favorite. Each of the lotions had herbs or dried fruit sprinkled on top, which was a pretty touch. They also had delicious smelling soaps, bath salts, and oils. Surprising myself, I didn't choose any gems or crystals this time. I did eye the suncatchers and definitely think I'll come back for one after I am done with my spring cleaning. Motivation Monday! Service is outstanding too. No complaints. She gave me a complete tour of her shop, along with wonderful explanations of her handmade products. I came back because the last time I was here I couldn't get out of the car, due to my fractured leg. But, I was determined to get back here, and I am glad I did. Finally got around to reviewing this little shop! I used to work close and would walk around on my breaks and visit here! The prices were always fair and the selection had variety. The service is friendly and the owner is really hardworking and would even take the time to chat with me. I always found cute trinkets and rocks, all sorts of cool small stuff for a low price. This is your one stop shop for all of your spiritual and esoteric needs. They have crystals, candles, card decks, and so much more. The owner was very friendly and nice to talk to. Ask her about her business and where it all began, her story is truly inspiring and motivational. I instantly felt welcomed here and like I could look for as long as I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to purchase one thing or the other. Some (spiritual) shop owners are pushy but not this one, you will feel welcomed without a doubt. If you like art, don't forget to look up while you're here... There's a lot of cool things hanging from the ceiling that you might miss if you're just passing in and out without paying too much attention. Stop in, it's worth it. I came to Crystal Vibez soft opening on 04/17/2021 which was a long line, but well worth the wait. The boutique is cozy yet very relaxing. All adults were offered champagne or wine and non drinkers like myself and children were offered a bottle of sparkling apple cider. The owner is super nice and welcoming with so much positive energy and greeter everyone. This store carries some many items for relaxation and meditation etc. When you walk in there are all natural bath bombs, soaps, candles, crystals, sage and so much more I was quite impressed. The bath bombs and soaps smell amazing and are high quality. The names of the candles had me cracking up, but those too smell really great as well. I did purchase a few items such shower streamers, soap and a soap dish carved out of coconut. The prices are great and the customer service is a well. It's located in the same shopping center as Alibi and in Arden Arcade. I'll definitely be back in the near future. read more

Very disappointed that the reiki oracle card I purchased yesterday were counterfeit. The cards had a QR code to get the guide. When I used it, it sent me to the wrong guide.
