We have tried to reach out and have not received a return call. Knickerbocker wants to charge an additional fee to do what should have been done originally by the opening team. We are simply requesting that the job that we paid for be completed. If there is something that needs to be fixed...we'll discuss that at that point. However, once we paid and the delivery process began it got dicey. Things took way too long to get to us, and you never know who you got on the phone for service. The Covana is nice, but it has been a nightmare to get proper installation of the shades that go with it. Have spoken to managers and then they pass me to the next person and they never call back when they say they will. Still working to complete properly the install of the Covana shade clips for something we ordered 4 months ago. Recently, an installation person came out and put a clip up that came off two days later. Overall, it has been a maddening process. I'm not typically a negative review writer, but this one had to be written.
