I've gone to this practice for birth control and my experience was good and I felt comfortable with my doctor. My second appointment was pleasant as well and the nurses here are wonderful along with the front staff!! These people are so kind and made me feel so comfortable but when it came to the doctor... My latest appointment was my first check up on the baby. The nurse was so sweet and polite and made me feel so safe and comfortable I politely asked if any exams were to be done if I could be please request a female doctor. She was so kind and told me that she could talk to the doctor in making that happen. When the doctor came in he came in smacking gum and annoyed with me and my partner he couldn't even make eye contact with me at all. He told me that I needed to find a different practice because all they had were male doctors and that's who would be taking care of me and then he walked out of the room. Me and my partner we're left there in the room shocked and alone.

I settled the remaining balance on the day of the procedure, but ever since then, I've been bombarded with bills claiming I haven't paid. I reached out to the hospital to clarify, and they insisted they have no record of my payment--so where did my money go? I have receipts! For the first week after surgery, my knee felt fantastic, but by the week of the 20th, things took a turn. I returned to the doctor to discuss my growing concerns, but it felt like he couldn't care less. The pain has become unbearable, and I've developed a swollen Baker's cyst behind my knee before the surgery it was to be drained and of course, it was not! Frustrated with the lack of care and concern, I made arrangements to see another doctor. The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing--not just with the billing mishaps, but also with how the staff treated me. The woman at the front desk, who was supposed to help with check-in and check-out, was downright disrespectful. Overall, it has been a terrible experience, and I'm left feeling neglected and frustrated. and in order for me to leave this review, I'm out obligated to leave a star. They don't deserve even one!

Medical office people have degenerated almost unilaterally into the most non-compassionate sadists in any profession, ever. There was one NP that was very capable, but she wasn't a very pleasant person. Andrea Reed is the NP now and because of my experience with her, I will not return while she's there. She is the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I've ever met. If you're reading this Ms. Reed, there's no reason to be condescending to people, especially since you have no idea what their background is (not that it matters anyway). You're just an NP - check the attitude at the door.
