"No touching" signs are everywhere. Which defeats the purpose of CHOOSING a crystal. I want to hold it, feel it, sense its energy, look at the color, etc. I don't want to glance, with my hands behind my back. I probably spent 2 minutes in the shop before I left. You'll never convert a "window shopper" into a customer with that approach. I get not wanting people to touch the really expensive crystals, but everything? Do not recommend 5280 Crystals.
