Went to Datura specifically looking for a plant. There was only one other customer in the shop, yet the two ladies working there gave them their full attention, basically following them all over the store, while completely ignoring us. We had questions about plant care and waited around for 15 minutes without a single offer of help. Eventually we decided to leave. Honestly, if they can't manage two customers in the store at the same time, I can't imagine how they'd handle a busier day. Pretty disappointing experience. read more

I was surprised to read the recent negative review on this store. After working in a Customer Service Industry for over 25 years, I learned that you can't please everyone. Often a customer will view a "Missed Hello" or other greeting as a lack of concern from an employee. That isn't always the case. Often employees need to help other employees with a customer and an entering customer might often get missed. I have visited this store during both busy and slow times. The employees are always helpful and attentive. It was a shame to read such a negative review from someone based on 1 visit to the store. read more

A beautifully curated plant and boutique store! A wide variety of plants, planters, knick knacks and more. I could definitely easily spend 30mins in here without noticing. I purchased two small lowlight plants and a small planter. Their staff was friendly during checkout and offered up information slips on the plants I purchased which I found thoughtful. This place just feels right, as it combines a terrific location in the Central Park neighborhood with excellent customer service, a unique store with home and comfort offerings that seem to give me the right options every visit. Yesterday was another case when we needed a couple of cards for various occasions and also needed to look at plants and a notebook. Left with the right results once again! There are some restaurants in the same plaza, and King Soopers has a huge store just east of the store. Ample parking. Good vibe. read more

This is a terrible place for children, which is unfortunate since it's next door to an outdoor ice cream place. So many of the products have bad language where kids can see them. My kids continually asked me what the f-word meant until we left. read more

Jonah is THE plant doctor and has the best items/plants in a plant store I've ever seen. I have gotten so many beauties from this store and if I ever fall short of taking care of said plants, he and his staff are always a phone call away. I don't know many businesses that close at 5 pm. Not ideal at all for me. Many times if needed a gift I have to go somewhere else bc I don't get off work until 5 and I can't ever make saturdays. What a hidden gem! Maybe not so hidden for folks who live in the Stapleton community, but for those of us just visiting for the grub? Color me impressed. A big group of us had plans for brunch nearby. Due to a wait for the table, a few of us wandered in here to have a look see. The front of the shops is mostly gardening, plants, and home decor. Great selection (well-curated) of succulents for super fair prices. The middle of the shop is gifts - funny dish towels, small books, candles, and some unique jewelry. Back third is bath stuffs (potions and lotions) and children's things (toys etc). Staff are super friendly. Upon arriving home, I unwrapped my goodies and dropped part of one. When I called to ask them to hold one of the same pattern, they said it would be gratis! Of course, when I went back, I picked up a few more things. read more

I travel from South Denver for this place. First, let me say that the person who always helps me (gorgeous girl that dresses with a vintage flair) is fabulous! Consistency in a business is so important to its customers, and she is always there to help. What do they sell? Let's see...a ton of plants and containers to do terrariums. Some beautiful fire pits and outdoor decor. They have a small but unique array of items for your fairy gardens, a ton of awesome socks, and too many other wonderful treasures to name. The store's name is misleading... under represents the cuteness inside and not a single wild flower in sight. Tons of do It yourself terrarium supplies and 3/4 of the store is gifts. Loads of cute, trendy and local items ranging from baby items to jewelry to handmade soaps. Couldn't give higher than a 3 because neither of the employees greeted me or acknowledged my existence.
