Whilst walking around Cherry Creek we saw a carpet on display that caught our eye. We went into the store and after looking at several carpets, including the one on display, we were considering two but could not decide on which one. I had a fun and productive experience at Lolo. There are three main reasons for this. Firstly, the selection of rugs is simply the best I've ever seen. In all shapes and sizes, rugs pop out and grab your eye. You've never seen so many. I had a style in mind, and with only a few minutes of discussing it, Aytekin had pinpointed the style and had 4-5 options in his head that he knew were in the store. Getting to them was a task... The second reason I had a great experience was that the other guys working in the store were so hardworking. Some of the rugs that Aytekin had in mind were at the bottom of a large pile. The other guys had to move every single rug (no exaggeration: probably 500 rugs) to get to the ones that were stylistically similar to what I wanted. This took a while, but all the time we were admiring the rugs in the middle, so no sweat there. The third reason my experience was great is that Aytekin really listened to me. I knew what I wanted and I had a price in mind that I wanted to spend. He showed me a wide variety of options and we settled on one that met my needs. This is not a discount rug store; all the rugs are of the highest quality and I can tell that the one I got is going to last for a long time. It's worth buying something that's great, in this case. Wow. What an experience. What service. What a beautiful selection of rugs. My home had some flooding and the rug my mother had given to my wife and I was damaged. It was pretty upsetting. My mom suggested that I "go to Lolo's". She's my mom, so I listened and went to Lolo's. My rug is a small 4x6 rug from Turkey. When I entered the beautiful store, I was surprised at all the attention I received. Aytekin explained to me that they could clean my special rug. They knew that this rug was important to me and did not try to sell me a different one. I was so happy. I am even happier now. About an hour ago I picked up the rug and again was treated like I was the only customer in the world. The rug looks perfect. I expected to see a difference where the damage had occurred, but it looked perfect, you could not tell it had been damaged at all. Looked like new. I highly recommend Aytekin and his staff at Lolo Rugs & Gifts. They made me feel special just cleaning a small 4x6 rug (which they knew was special to me). Aden and his team went WAY, WAY above and beyond with guiding and assisting me with choosing the perfect rugs for my rooms. When I move out to my own place, Lolo Rugs and Gifts will be one of my most primary hot spots to purchase beautiful, glowing and romantic lantern lights and rugs. The colors are so aesthetic and full of nostalgic lights and patterns. I never seen such beauty! They sell sweet smelling soaps and beauty care products as well. I fell in love with the cinnamon flavored one and will be back to purchase some more! I also saw they sold lights from different shapes, sizes and lights based on their brightness. I have shopped at both the store in Cherry Creek North and also at the kiosk in the Cherry Creek Mall over the holidays. Everything in the place is gorgeous. They have a variety of offerings but it is the jewelry I go gaga for. Beautiful unique pieces that you will not find anywhere else. We had been looking for unusual, different, and colorful pendant lights to go over our kitchen counter top. After visiting 4 large lighting shops with no luck, we stumbled upon Lolo. First thing is that I'm picky. I had been looking online for months and in stores whenever I was outside of Alaska. I wasn't expecting much from the small store but I instantly fell in love with a rug. It is a solid blue but the mix of wool and silk creates a range of shades. I couldn't decide between the dark blue with a light blue nap or the light blue with a dark blue nap. In the end I bought them both. Then I looked for a sofa and brought fabric samples over to see if they were a good match. Aytekin, the owner, was helpful in very way he could be and never stress because I kept changing my mind about the sizes. Because I was in the process of having my floors done (the original old growth fir) I couldn't have anything on them for 8 weeks. LoLo worked held the rugs for me. They just arrived. Bought an expensive rug from Ari at Lolo. He promised to deliver the pad within a couple days. That was over a month ago. Called many times and said he would deliver the next day. Never shows up. I am tired of wasting entire days at home waiting for Ari to show up. All he had to do was say he's a liar and never intended to bring us the pad and then, at least, we wouldn't be waiting around for entire days for him to show up. We have had three oriental rugs cleaned at Lolo. The rugs were old and very dirty. The people at Lolo handled them with great care and suggested trimming the warp threads at the ends of the rugs in order to protect them from vacuuming and to enhance their appearance. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing gorgeous Turkish rugs from Lolo. I originally decided to buy a rug for my dining area and master bath.
