Wow! I feel the need to update my review after Hurrican Beryl. I happened to be out of town during the storm, luckily. Exceptional care of pets as always. When I was one of the lucky ones that went several days without power, Crystal jumped in with extra visits, no problem. GUYS...She even cleaned out my fridge and freezer of spoiled food! YOU READ THAT RIGHT! Voluntarily, she got rid of perishables that were going to be a problem. Good thing, I didn't get power back for another 5 days! What a mess I would've had. She also improvised extra water for the cats through the outage and made everything work for the well being of everyone (physical for cats and mentally for me!). I am lucky to have found Crystal when I moved to Houston 4 years ago, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone! read more

This is my experience with Crystal's Cozy pets. My family and I have used Crystal's Cozy Pets for the last two years. We have had various animals that they have watched through out the years but most recently we have a 7 year old German Shepherd and a 7 month old Lab plus a kitten and two cats. Our sitter has been Hailey. In the beginning, everything was great! We would leave on a 10 day road trip and Hailey would come 4 times a day to take of the animals and we would get updates on the animals plus pictures. After some time, we started getting complaints about our dog Leo, the German Shepherd. That he was jumping on Hailey and causing scratches on her back. After that trip, I asked the owner, Crystal, if they could can still handle Leo and the verified "yes" that he was no problem. As time went on, we got Oso, a lab puppy. We just left on another 10 day road trip and received nothing but complaints and nagging about Oso almost every time Hailey went to our home. She complained so much about him, my husband and I stop replying to her messages. She accused my Oso of nipping and bitting her, which he has never done with me or my kids. I have video footage of her yelling at him and being aggressive towards him because once again, I have a 7 month puppy that will jump on her. Which 7 month old puppies will do! Hailey literally complained about almost everything about Oso. Aren't you a dog sitter? You are supposed to love animals but we definitely do not feel the love for our animals at all during this trip. Hailey is not qualified or has the the patience to deal with puppies or big dogs. 7 days into our trip, we are literally thousands of miles away and Crystal, the owner, calls us to say they no longer can take care of Oso and we need to come home! Or find another arrangement of care for him while we are still on the other side of the country! Are you kidding me?!? Thankfully, we found a lovely young man that was able to do it and he has been wonderful and says Oso is a wonderful puppy and has no issues with him! WOW! What a difference! Thankfully, since our family trip was intentionally ruined with Hailey and her complaints, we finally got to relax our last two days with the help with our new dog sitter, Junior! Honestly, we were not going to book with Crystal's Cozy Pets this trip, but wanted to give them another try. Boy, I should have listened to my gut. When you on vacation, you should be confident that you leave your pets in the hands of someone that will love and take care of them like you would and in all honesty, I don't feel like CCP's can do that. read more

Love love love Crystal and her team members that take care of my kitty. Love that she comes and meets the animals and owners before doing the contract signing. It was great to put a face to the name! Love that they send you pictures of your pet while your away. We went through a family emergency and needed to leave town same day, Crystal was so kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us and take care of our cat. Crystal is amazing! She came to our house to take care of our dog Jelly who is an outdoor dog and she was able to get along with our dog who isn't super friendly. She came ahead of time to inspect the area and make sure Jelly would like her, and then we went over the food, schedule, paperwork, etc to make sure everything was in order and she was super friendly. She came every day to make sure Jelly was taken care of and she even accommodated and gave us some food she had in her car when a roving neighborhood dog took the food we left for Jelly! Overall great experience would definitely recommend and use again if we leave town! read more

I hired Crystal's Cozy Care to care for my adult cat while we were out of town for several days. Crystal went over a very detailed checklist with me before we left to make sure she had all the information she needed to provide the proper care. We received texts with updates and pics each day during their visits. Our girl received excellent care, and Crystal went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy our vacation without worries. I had known about a small trip I was taking for quite some time, and I had forgotten about accommodations for my animals, since this was a trip only just a few miles away, but I knew I wouldn't be able to make it back home to take care of my critters. I have a dog, a cat, and two bearded dragons. She was able to come over twice on a Saturday to let the dog out and play with her, and to feed the whole menagerie. Chrystal not only came to care for the animals, but did so by my rather particular instructions. She also sent me picture text messages so I could see how happy and well looked after my animals were. She couldn't find my cat (but he is a ninja level hide and seek master.) but she noticed the food in his bowl WAS being eaten, so she knew he was't trapped somewhere. Her prices are also very reasonable! I am looking forward to using her services again in the future, and I know my dog is certainly looking forward to another round of tug-o-war! read more

We have been looking for a reliable Pet sitter for our dog and we definitely hit the jackpot with Crystal's Cozy Care! She is reliable and super friendly and best of all she took amazing care of our dog while we were away. We loved getting the daily updates and pictures so we knew our dog was well cared for. She even took our trash out for us and brought in packages that were delivered while we were away. Crystal is fantastic. My giant great Dane got into chocolate while I was out of town and not only did she take care of my baby but the aftermath in the house as well. She's a saint. Be prepared to supply Crystal with information about your animals! She is a very caring pet sitter who pays attention to details with your pet's personalities and your needs as pet owner. She will want to met you and your babies before you leave. I feel that any sitter that doesn't shouldn't be hired! Crystal watched my two kittens when my husband and I over booked ourselves this summer. We usually stagger our trips and don't have to worry about our babies. I have been very hesitant to leave them in any one else's care due to their shyness around strangers. I knew Crystal would pay attention to their mannerisms and give them time to adjust. By the end of the week, both my cats were coming to her for attention! Just in case I was ever worried, she also texts pictures and updates so I could see my babies each and every day. We also had just transitioned to a dusty litter box after the breeze system and accidently overfilled the box and she swept up after the kittens dust piles so that our house wasn't absolutely awful when we got home. It was a pleasant surprise and I felt that she went above and beyond caring for my cats. I will be using her if my husband and I end up out of town at the same time again. read more

I never write reviews but felt our recent experience with Crystal warranted one. For the first time since we have had our 2 dogs, they are nearly 6 years old, our family went on a vacation for a week. Crystal's business was recommended to us, and we will definitely use her in the future!! From the start she was extremely professional, and so warm and loving to our dogs. She messaged me and sent pics daily which our family looked forward to receiving. The weather warranted some changes to our dogs' routine, and Crystal made solid, sound decisions regarding their care.
