This place is really set up for all types of boarding and training. I had to leave the country for an emergency and couldn't find anyone to take my German Shepherd who can be aggressive. I started calling every boarding and training facility, starting at the border and moving North. This is the only place that would take my dog. It was really hot this summer, but they had a place built in the shade where they could keep him and my other dog and give them food and water without having to take the aggressive one in and out of the cage. When I got back, I could tell they had sprayed them down with the water hose to keep them cool every day and had spent some time with them, because the dogs were content and not nervous or overly happy to see me. I am very grateful to the Hicks for the great care they took of my dogs, when nobody else had the facilities to do it. To get there from the airport, take the 59/69 Exit and turn right (South) on Lee Road and left on their street. The signs leaving the airport for Lee Road are confusing, so I thought I should put that little tip there.

Fast Response and on short notice, Brian was able to find room for our furry little guy. He provided pickup and drop off as our family decided to take a spur of the moment weekend vacation. He was very professional and provided us with a written agreement and answered all of our questions and concerns. He knew exactly how to gain our little guy's trust and soon they became friends. Probably his many years of experience training and showing dogs. While we were away, he checked in with us and provided pictures so we can feel assured that our Knuckles was safe and having his own little vacation. For the first time, we actually were able to enjoy our time away knowing our Pug "Knuckles" was safe and well treated! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I needed to drop my dog off at 5:15 a.m. due to my work schedule and gave 38 hours' notice. Their policy requires 48 hours for early drop-off, so I was only 10 hours short. I was willing to pay the additional $20 fee for early drop off but they refused to make an exception. I spoke with the assistant manager, Giselle, who explained that they could not make an exception because the 48 hour notice for early drop-off is a courtesy to their on-site resident employee. I understand policies, but I also believe there should be some compassion and discretion, especially when dealing with first responders whose schedules can change unexpectedly due to overtime or being held over. Pet Paradise is already expensive, with additional early-drop-off and summertime fees, and yet there seems to be very little flexibility. You also cannot make reservations online if you want to drop off early. You are required to call the office, which is extremely inconvenient for customers with demanding and unpredictable work schedules. This wasn't about the $20 fee, I have paid that fee multiple times. It was about customer service and feeling like a reasonable request was dismissed over being just 10 hours short of a policy. For a business charging premium prices, I expected much more understanding and flexibility. If you're a first responder or someone whose job requires flexibility and unpredictable hours, you may want to consider a different company and/or location.

Ironically they gave be a big trash bag filled with what use to be his bed, that he had chewed up. That is fine but why not give us the important stuff and make me drive an half hour back to pick up his stuff? Then, when I arrived again with the bag of fluff I asked the 3 ladies in the front to throw it away for me as it was GARBAGE. One directed me to a dumpster behind them. I picked up all of my items, placed my dogs food and toys in the car and left that bag of fluff right in front in their parking lot. Will never come back to this one again.

They have lots of activities for pooches, specials and clean and comfortable daycare and boarding. Their hours are convenient and they open later than most other dog boarding. They have an events calendar posted and they decorate the lobby by holidays and any occasion and they always have interactive events welcoming pet owners to get involved with bonding with their pets. They also have free murch and welcome bags with goodies just for stopping in! Their prices are competitive and they require the basic shots to protect other animals. They're payment app is easy to use where you can schedule and personalize future stays and bookings and message the front office. They are very active on social media and their TikToks are so cute! In the play area they triage dogs by size and if they are spayed/neutered to avoid conflict and overpowerment. Thanks to PetSuites, Frankie has learned a few neat commands and is more sociable. My dog is always tired at the end of the day from all the playing he's done and he loves their pool so much that I got him one for at home. I trust this is a safe place for my fur baby, I never had an issue and they communicate immaculately, great job guys!

Because I'm letting those looking for a good Vet to check this place out because I got such a positive experience from them EVEN not being a client that I am sure they take exceptional care of their patients! I am getting a new puppy from the area and found out Dr Ernest Parson is their family vet so thought I'd ask a few questions about a procedure I've been debating on especially since he's familiar with my pup. Dr Parson was incredibly genuine, transparent about my concerns and the time he took to address all of my questions speaks volumes about his passion for companion animals. He is very knowledgeable about the subjects I inquired and he took time to give me detailed one on one attention. More so than any vet I've called. My only regret is that he's too far to transition my fur babies to his practice. If you are looking for a vet who really cares and takes time for you with such compassion and informative perspectives look no further. Kudos!

I was specifically told that I would come in and the technician will give the booster shot and no other exam was necessary. You'll get plenty of support you need along the way as long as you'll ask for it. I text Michael, sometimes daily, all my questions and concerns regarding the training, and I've never been left without an answer! He'll also provide a ton of materials (videos, books, articles) you need to familiarize yourself with to set you up for success. Me and my dogs are working on solving the fence fighting issue, and so far one of them is actually responsive to my efforts. When I reached out to Michael I didn't think that much can be done, but now I see a light at the end of a very, very long tunnel :). All our sessions have been online so far, as few days before our first scheduled meeting the stay at home order was placed. Online conference worked just as well for us, and we didn't have to delay the training any longer. A recent addition- online "support group" where his customers can share ideas and chat is a great idea too! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the decision to work with Michael.

Playtime was not fun for us because he would get too worked up and end up with what I called a "zoomy meltdown", which involved a lot of jumping and nipping. Thanks to the training, we have an energetic sweet boy instead of a lot of stress and worry.
