Hello I have engaged…read moremighty dog roofing company on many occasions. The largest job they have done for me cost me $46k, the second largest $42,000/- then another for $12k and another for around $7k. The first job was for $42k finished about 3 years ago and the latest was $12k finished kess than 2 months ago. The last 3 jobs including the one I paid $46k for are leaking water after every rain event. I have called everyone I can at mighty dog and I keep hearing we are going out there today but nothing has happened for the last month. This is how mighty dog is treating a customer who has not only given them over $100k worth of business but has also been advertising and recommending them to their network for the last 3 years. I think I deserve better than that from them.

You need your seals replaced." He was the ONLY person to catch the problem, that quickly. Other roofers wanted to pull up the decking "to see where the leak was coming from." We had already explained that the leak was coming directly from the roof pitch, and we had it on video that we showed them!! Additionally, Mr. Tom gave the most reasonable price. We unfortunately were out of town the following week he planned to do the repairs, but he sent out his guys to fix it nonetheless on July 3rd. They took care of the problem right on time! The following day (July 4th), had incredibly heavy rains in the Houston area. Our neighbor checked on the ceilings that evening, and she called to report that everything looked good! I had Advanced Home Exteriors replace the siding on my home, as well as the exterior doors. Out of…read more3 bids, theirs was the most reasonable, plus I saw that they had a history of good reviews and had also done good work for a friend. Overall I was very impressed by the quality of installation of the siding -- Hardie board underlain by 3/4" strandboard, with sealant and painting. The precision of assembly was quite good, and a considerable improvement in strength and durability over the original siding. Likewise, the doors were installed with good precision, and they function well. I was less impressed with the finer painting of the doors. The basic contract included only exterior painting of the doors in the same color as the exterior of the house. We wanted a different colored door, plus we wanted to have the interiors of the doors painted, as well as the addition and painting of corresponding trim (doors have 2 sides). This was all coordinated directly with the project supervisor for an additional fee. This additional work was mostly completed on the final day of the project, and appeared to be a rush job. The trim was added with rough jointing, and the painting around the doors was amateurish with much overpainting of adjacent surfaces. I had to subsequently revise the painting myself to achieve an adequate quality. Overall, the work on the exterior siding and door installation was excellent, and I highly reccommend Advanced Home Exteriors for this. Finer painting about the doors was a weaker area, and I'm knocking off a star for that.
