It seriously doesn't get better than Alex and Gerald. Such kind, warm-hearted people who are diligent and transparent about their work. Alex came out to repair a small portion of our bathroom that had water damage from the splashing of our shower. He fixed everything up, made it look fresh and even gave me recommendations on how to prevent future water damage. While in my home, he was also sweet to my 1 year old and kind to my pups... Good to know they put family first, as well as their customers' needs. I'll be calling them again for some future projects. When I was looking for repairs for a small leak, I hopped on Yelp and found this company. It was rated 5 stars.. surely something must be up, right? Nope! Gerald and Alex are both great. This is a family run business, father and son. They came on time, had good communication, did great work, knew what they were doing, and more importantly were personable and fun to talk to. They didn't try and overcharge me like some other sheetrock or paint companies. While other companies were trying to get me to replace the sheetrock plus paint the whole wall/ceiling for upwards of $900 - 1200, Gerald and Alex suggested they fix the sheetrock for a reasonable $350 and I just easily paint over it myself - and I didn't have to paint over the whole wall like the other companies were suggesting, either. Where do I start? We have water damage due to a burst water heater in the attic--obviously an insurance claim. I had a least 7 general contractors come see the damage only to try and take over the entire claim and/or overcharge for the drywall simply because they know its an insurance claim. We had been living with open walls and ceilings for 3 months because I was that determined to not overpay and be cheated. Not with Mr. Gerald! I was not home when he came to look at the damage but he quoted me the only reasonable price I had heard in 3 months. He was very very friendly and upfront with everything which put me at ease. The work of these two men is TRULY impeccable. We had damage to walls and ceilings and I am telling you that there is no way, whatsoever, you could know where the damage was if you came to our home after Mr. Gerald and his son were here. Impeccable. Even I am forgetting where the damage was. Additionally, since I was not home when they came for a free estimate, there were some areas of damage that were not shown to them. Mr. Gerald added these areas for a very very small fee. He also fixed some areas of drywall that had already been patch but looked horrible, again, you could not tell that this area had been previously patched when they were done. Also, I did not notice this until Mr. Gerald and his son had been gone for a week, but they also fixed a small area of drywall that I had punched in when trying to remove some baseboards. Seriously, how could it get any better!? I did not even show them that small piece because I had forgotten about it, but they saw it and fixed it...amazing! I am thankful I have found these two men and I know that if I need other work done, they can recommend excellent people for the job. I cannot stress enough how amazing their work is, seamless and impeccable. They are the only people I will ever recommend to anyone for drywall repair. I will even recommend them to my enemies because they are that good! Following multiple plumbing leaks through out my home I decided to get the whole house redone. The plumbers made several holes throughout my home and I needed them repaired. I had never dealt with anything like this so I looked on yelp and came across professional sheetrock repair. I spoke directly with the owner and set up a time for him to come give me a estimate. He showed up 10min early to the estimate which was a pleasant surprise to me. We walked over the areas I needed repaired. He explained to me the whole process of patching the holes and just what needed to be done down to texture. He told me he had 35+ yrs experience and he had a great helper so he really put me at ease. He gave me a written quote after the estimate which I thought was more than reasonable for all the work that needed to be done. I promptly set up a time and date for them to start the job. The job took 4 days they cleaned up everyday which was a positive to me being that I have children in my house. Upon completion I couldn't even tell I had holes in my walls or even people working in my house at all. They were more than professional and I couldn't be happier I used them.
