The guards have been punctual, professional, and easy to communicate with. Overall, we have had a very positive experience and would rate them five stars.

So I went home and could hear him behind my house.. So, me being me went back to the club, and then he comes over with it in his hand. He then proceeded to tell my husband and my six-year-old that I should have gone to jail. My son started to cry . What is your problem, dude? The situation could have turned really ugly and violentbapl could have been avoided with a stern voice as using of the driveway and a sympathy understand maam I can't allow you to go in there, I will get it for you. He had created an issue, was condescending and rude when there was no need for that. I will give it two stars because I did call to report him for his behavior, man on The phone seems sympathetic and so that he would discuss it with him. No, I don't know if he's really going to talk to him or not, but at least it did de-escalate and changed the situation real quick. A security officer isn't there to antagonize or create hostile situations now don't get me wrong. You can already see on my face a little bit flustered again. I had my 6-year-old who flew his drone over the fence on accident that he just got for his birthday today and it was next it so I was already flustered. Had a six-year-old child upset and then I have the security guard coming up to me walking up to me arrogantly condescending and very rude. Unacceptable! There are a lot of people looking for work so if he can't get his act together he should be let go.

His staff is wonderful to work with. NOTE: This review is just for Mr. Singer, it has nothing to do with his staff. In fact, Jennifer his assistant replies quickly to emails and makes sure to keep you updated on the status of your case, and is overall a pleasure to work with. In fact, Mr. Singer could learn a thing or two from her on how to treat possible client. Mr. Singer is another story. It's hard to communicate with someone when they're more concerned with proving their point and hearing themselves speak. I could never get a word in with him, and every time I did he either cut me off or dismissed my question and/or comment. He has little to no empathy for others or any respect for the person on the other side of his desk. In my case, we were dealing with a possible malpractice case. Despite my efforts to have an adult conversation with him, every time he spoke to me I felt belittled, disrespected and stupid. When I tried to ask questions or give him more information that he would help my case he dismissed me and made me feel like what I was saying was not important, when in fact these were very important facts that would greatly help my case. Finally, during our last conversation after I let him ramble on and on for 10 minutes, I began to reply to what he was saying and he cut me off again. It was at that time that I knew I could never hire an attorney who did not listen to what I was saying, could care less about answering my questions and ultimately was more interested in himself and making himself feel important than it was for him to make me feel comfortable and confident that he can get the job done. After all, how can I hire an attorney who doesnt listen? Do yourself a favor, shop around before you come here. I'm sure there are plenty of other attorneys in the bay area that have a better disposition and bedside manner than this guy.
