Mr Graley called on Friday evening about 5:40 and wanted to come by and see what needed to be done. We were getting ready to leave the house so he said he would come by Saturday. I told him it was a small job and probably woulldn't tale him 30 minutes to correct it. We were home all day Saturday and no show from Mr. Graley and no call. I called his cell phone Monday, giving him the benefit of the doubt that he got tied up on Saturday and couldn't make it. Left a voice mail on his phone. No return call, no show up - no nothing. He may do good work if he shows up, but I wouldn't know. Chris Monk of Monk Builders is building a house in the neighborhood so I called him and asked if he could have someone come by and check it out. He said Wednesday at noon. At 11:59 he pulled into the driveway, checked on the project, and had a gentleman come by about 4:00 PM and correct the problem. Mr. Graley finally called on Friday, a week after the first call, wanting to know if I still needed the roof repaired. Obviously no. I asked why he didn't come by when he said he would or return my call on Monday- he said he had been busy. I certainly will NOT call Graley in the future.

When I spoke to Ashley on the phone about coming I explained what I wanted done. I had all the supplies ready when they arrived! What I found was layers of dust ,my walls were streaked, the shower hadn't hadn't been cleaned, my kitchen cabinets were still dirty, the oven exterior was sill dirty and I think one of worst things that happened was when they left Ashley said her friend had spilled a bottle of Pine-Sol and they had cleaned it up. They didn't! They wiped it up, but it had so much cleaner on it the floor was streaked and sticky. Now for some advise. In the beginning I was quoted a price. By the time they left, the original price had grown by 121.00. If you hire these women get everything in writing before they start!

No regards whatsoever for private property, didn't ask my permission, didn't repair the damage and didn't put my blocks back where they found them. It wasn't my vehicle and it wasn't my problem but they destroyed my property and made extra work for me because I had to restack the blocks, but hey, anything to make their lives easier is the general mindset of service people in Charleston. I wanted to come back and update my review. The wife (Lauren) reached out to me to discuss my…read morereview. After going over the events of that day, she offered to come back and re-do the service. I agreed. Lauren returned and apologized again. She took her time, and the service was much better than the last visit. She appears to take pride in her work. I think they need to re-evaluate their pricing, or base it off of how dirty the house is. I believe they could really grow their business this way. I messaged them on Monday and they were quick to call me back. I was told that for the first visit they required a "deep clean". I asked about baseboards and they said it was an $20. I was fine with that. I was quoted $300 with tax if I pre-paid. I agreed and we booked the deep cleaning for Thursday. When Scotty arrived he told me his wife was sick and it would just be him. I offered to re-book if he needed to take care of her. He declined. He was here less than 2 hours for a "deep clean". The island or countertops were not touched and the baseboards didn't looked like they had been touched. The fridge wasn't wiped down and the counter around the stove wasn't cleaned. For $300 I'm extremely disappointed. I don't even think he changed out the water when he mopped the floors (my entire house is hardwood and tile in the bathroom). The shower door wasn't cleaned there was still soap scum on them. He offered to come back and clean it, but I had already cleaned everything he didn't. He did admit he "forgot to clean the countertops and island". He also offered 20% refund which I didn't decline or accept (but never received). I was extremely disappointed.
