Brings is so quick and still curtesy when taking vitals the line is pleased. Processor will when he is on floor people are taken down and machines are set up quick awesome. The people there were really nice and apologetic but- I went twice and both times it didn't work out bc of a mistake the tech made. The first time the phlebotomist punctured straight through my vein and didn't notice causing a lot of blood to gather under the skin. Large hematoma as a result and couldn't give until the bruise was gone. Came back a few weeks later and the phlebotomist made a mistake setting up the machine causing my blood to remain in the machine instead of returning to me. So now I've been deferred for 8 weeks! Because of this I have lost out on about $1500 right before Christmas when I was really counting on it. read more

As a college student, this is a quick and easy way to make some quick cash. But what I don't understand at all when there are 10 - 12 people waiting in line for one thing to be done but how is there only 1 person working. Keep in mind taking their sweet ass time. Some people have things to do and places to be. I feel it's ridiculous how there are maybe 3-5 people just walking around doing nothing and looking at the line. Why don't you jump in and help? Either I'm expecting beyond average competency or that some of the staff there needs more training. I dont want anyone to loose their job, but the girl name B***** needs more training and shouldnt be poking anyone's vein. I've seen her messed up on several people during my visit there. read more

love the staff love the company BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE STOP CHANGING YOUR DAMN HOURS. I drive 30 minutes to go to you people and I end up going there 3 4 sometimes 5 times a week just to get there when there open because trying to get then when there OPEN is like playing rulet you just never know I can't just always go in the middle of the day when I WORK. some weeks it's 4 some weeks it's 6 some weeks it's 7 some weeks its 3 its never consistent I asked staff about it and they didn't even know they said management makes the hours. PLEASE FIX THE HOURS and if I can make one other suggestion get some dang chairs or something you have people standing around for hours and I mean HOURS just wait to be seen i have a bad back and I have to lay down as soon as I get home because of going here. read more

CSL Plasma is a very safe and controlled environment. Physicals are conducted by Registered Nurses who are trained to spot substance abuse or poor quality plasma. It is a very safe environment and the staff goes through rigorous training before actually working. If a new phlebotomist is working the staff always asks permission from the donor. Donors are never subjected to unnecessary "sticks" and if they have difficult veins they have the option to request a certain phlebotomist which is always granted. If a donor is being disrespectful in line they are removed. The donors are treated with respect and if there is a reaction it is treated immediately. If there is a blood spillage (rare) it is immediately addressed. The donor floor is monitored by not only staff but also by video and surveilled constantly. There are no "rapid" tests. The plasma is tested by 2 different laboratories. If anything is positive for poor quality plasma that donor is deferred from donating ever again. Confidentiality is strict. Questionnaires are required each donation and although people may lie they are always referred to medical for clearance which is reviewed by physicians on a weekly basis or daily if need be. Physicians are always on call for any questions regarding suitability to donate or reactions. Reactions are rare and usually due to the donor being dehydrated or not disclosing certain medications that they did not list. read more
