Other donation place closed now CSL is a 3 hour wait plus they never pay how busy they are in Google anymore. This causing good workers there to become frustrated abd takes it out in customers. This not going well so far entirely to many people for 1 location. read more

Long waits because workers don't want to utilize half of the beds. Management don't help workers. I came in as a new donor and overstayed for more than the expected hour while other donor came in after me but left earlier. read more

Let me say this.All I heard by the ladies taking donations was bickering over not sending donors to one or the other because they were supposed to be off soon. i get situated finally then the girl didn't have my needle in good and the return went under my skin not in the vein. I'm sure everyone got off work on time though so that's what's important. read more

Unfortunately it's not letting me do you zero stars. every time I've gone to this place a person has been rude and I've gotten different information from several different employees and it seems as if none of them were on the same page and know exactly what they were doing not to mention my friend was stabbed multiple times and not having the needle place in the right area making it hurt when donating plasma which as far as I know should not ever happen. The one thing at this place can learn is maybe put all the employees on the same page so different information isn't getting spread every time one arrives. read more

This place is a joke. Wont answer the phone. People are rude and the wait time is horrible. I wouldn't give them a single star but I couldn't post without. Why doesn't home office take these negative post seriously and step up to addressing these people read more

I was lied to yesterday when going in to donate, they said I had something in managerial review and needed to speak with Mike on Monday when he gets off vacation. I've talked to Mike several times and didn't think I was banned from the Store. If I am banned from the store then why not give me a notification or email. That also says wonders about the job there. I could berate and belittle any customer I see walking trying to donate and deny them by lying. I won't have gas until Thursday and I'm going to bring a jar of peanut butter with some saltines to work because that's what it left in the pantry. I will call Mike on Monday to see if I was truly lied to by the Dr. on staff or if Mike just needed to let me know what I wasn't allowed to donate. read more

Sadly not a good experience. They pay you what they say yes; but I ended with 2 black and painfull arms, I had 2 nurses that couldn't find my veins and I ended in so much pain read more

Omg this place never change and it's always the same staff managers . I was in CSL today and a tall bald black manager was politely asked what time he was starting breaks by an employee standing next to him . He then in a very loud and sarcastic way yells what time you get here how long can u work with out a break the employee says i don't know. He then turns and yells 6 hrs has it been 6 hrs turn around and stick him then she turns to talk to another employee and he yells at her again what you saying you are unprofessional.... Not a bad way to make a little money if you have the time to wait. I give two stars partly because that 5-star was clearly written by someone working for the place and gives you no clue what actually goes on there. I did do one at first, but to be fair it's not always the worst. For the most part, I've had a decent experience. Hours-long wait sometimes, but it is a busy place. Some of the people are extremely qualified and courteous. Others are not. I've had it happen to me, seen it happen to others, where human error, either in placing needles or setting up machines, has gotten people blocked from donating for a time. In a business where people are that in much need, that fifty or sixty a week is pretty vital bit of dough. My own experience was the woman did not prep the machine right and I was told they couldn't return (all the stuff that isn't plasma) and as a result I couldn't donate for 2 months. I was given an extra $10 for my trouble, but I was out potentially almost $500. Machines foul up sometimes, I get that. But I've been enough to see problems that were definitely caused by the overworked staff. Again, if you have the time to wait and you get a person who knows what they're doing, it's a decent operation. read more

This place is dope. They got TV's all over the place. Can bring your own smart phone to watch Netflix if you've got earphones. The staff is qualified and very professional about it, and they're always super sweet. Kenny is always causing trouble, so don't surprised if you end up entertained sometimes. It's actually really quick. Most days, if you do it before 5 (and not during lunch), there's only a few people in line before you at most. From door to needle, 10-15 minutes. From needle to door, and hour or so... not bad at all. Just be as courteous as you can. If you look at someone across from you or next to you the wrong way, you might end up in a more tense situation than you'd prefer, but you need that blood-pressure up anyways. Remember, squeeze when the indicator is on. NOT when the indicator is off... like the lady above. read more
