Ms. Hayley Freeman is so sweet and always very patient and kind when checking my little 1 year old's ears. The people who work there are so helpful. You may want to check your insurance coverage though, because the only downside is you cannot see them with TNCare. Even if you do not use them for coverage, if it is showing active at all in their system, you cannot be seen by them, so just be aware. Depending on your insurance plan, they may be expensive but for what you get, it is for sure worth it. I have seen several of the nurse practitioners at their clinic for my sinus issues and they are always very helpful and kind. I also highly recommend NP Ashley Marsh.

This is probably one of the worst run offices I have every experienced. The first time I made an…read moreappt I arrived on time having scheduled everything over the phone and been told I would need to be there all day. They told me I would have to come back because they had no record of my scheduling anything beyond a visit. I was furious because I cleared my day. They SNARKILY said they would listen to the call to see when the confusion came from. Great. I received a very contrite phone call shortly after explaining they listened to the call and found my paperwork in someone else file. I gave the second chance and things went OK. I scheduled my followup. Before the followup I had my Dr send over the results of my most recent EKG and blood work to streamline the process. I called their office and confirmed they received it. When I arrived they had no records. They also had the wrong insurance information on the form after I stood at the counter reviewing this information with them. You just know they were going to bill the wrong one and act surprised. Please save your heart and do not go here. It will cost you too much time and energy sorting out their job for them. Remember, you have a choice of physicians, don't tolerate poorly run offices or rude Drs.
