He was "risk for falls". He fell and reinjured his operated leg. We found out it was broken. The blame was put on my husband instead of P.T., whom we trusted to get better. She owned him a duty to improve and protect him from further harm. We haven't heard from them since, no apology at all. Documents were not all accurate.

I was equally impressed with his staff who in the outpatient surgery treated me so kindly. I felt quite faint when they ushered me on to the procedure table, but the male attendant (nurse?) and his young female assistant really knew how to handle that. They gave me cold compresses and helped me a lot. Afterward the procedure, other staff members were equally kind with their ministrations.

Consequently, I used 3 of my 10 precious hours of childcare per week to drive to his office, complete a heap of paperwork, submit to an unpleasant exam, and drive home, just so they could call me 2 days later to tell me that although my health insurance covers the device I was requesting, they wouldn't pay for it in advance (why would they?) and therefore their office would not be able to provide the care I wanted. They refused to help me work through the problem and have now hung up on me twice. So now I have to go to another doctor and start the whole process from scratch. This is completely unacceptable from a women's health provider, so they either need to change their policies or go out of business.
