Lack of Transparency & Dishonesty: You claim that long-term rentals require a contract renewal for insurance purposes, yet at no point was this properly explained or disclosed to us when we first extended the rental. If this policy is so important, why was it not clearly stated in writing at the start? Instead, you only brought it up when it was convenient for you. Furthermore, your own words confirm that you lied about having an "HQ" to manipulate the situation. If you admit to dishonesty in one aspect, it raises serious questions about the integrity of your entire operation. 2. Red Light Ticket Scam? You told us we had a red light ticket and insisted we pay immediately, which we did. However, you now admit that red light tickets take up to four weeks to be issued, yet you claimed to have received ours in two weeks. Where is the ticket? Why weren't we given a copy? The fact that you demanded payment without proof suggests we were scammed. We will be following up on this issue, and possible legal action may be pursued. 3. Vehicle Condition & Unlawful Seizure: You took the vehicle without warning or consent from our driveway, which meant we had no opportunity to clean it before returning it. We have young children, and cars with children inevitably get messy. We fully intended to clean the vehicle before returning it, but you unlawfully took that option away from us. Your attempt to use the vehicle's condition to justify your actions is dishonest and manipulative. 4. Holding Personal Belongings Hostage: When we arrived to retrieve our personal items, you refused to return them until we handed over the key. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We had to call the police to get our belongings back. No legitimate business should operate this way, and it speaks volumes about your shady and unprofessional conduct. 5. Poor Communication & Harassment: You claim we ignored calls and messages, but the reality is we responded when we could and communicated our situation clearly. The owner Kirk is rude and smug SOB - I was there to pick up car and the price did not match the quote I was provided on phone - so I walked away and they charged my credit card! When I asked to remove the charge, he said that he should have charged me for the entire weekend. I've rented through Enterprise and Discount for years and never once did I come across such cheats! BE WARNED and DO NOT USE these guys!!!

I received an email confirmation 2 weeks before the event and 1 day before also, but when I called on the day to say that I was on my way to the location the gentleman in charge coolly informed me that he had sent am email to the head office and they said " there is no minivan ". I explained to him that I had received the two confirmations but he hung up. I scrambled on the phone and got a vehicle from Enterprise ( which was located next to Hertz on Kingston Road in Pickering). On my way to pick up the vehicle, the Hertz representative called me and said that the mini van was on its way...I asked him to confirm the time that it would be there as I did not want to wait around for hours. He said that he could not. As I was on the way to Enterprise I continued and checked with the Hertz representative who just as flippantly as before informed my wife and I that there was no vehicle on the way. If this is the way that Hertz treats all of its customers then I hope that they soon go out of business; if not I hope that their customer relations people read my emails to them which I sent and compensates me for their very poor treatment of my concerns. That is why the engine sign was on. I explain everything to the owner of auto lab I show the paper which Honda diagnose the problem which was the fuel injector has to change, but the owner told me it's not fuel injector with confidence !!!I left my car so they can check. What's the problem actually they keep my car for five days not calling me back. I called them and they told me we have to fix the couple stuff the bill me for $4200. I didn't have any choice. I already miss days of work They kept my car one week finally they call me to pick up the car , after a month I got the same problem All the signs was on again. I took my car back to them they said it's electrical problem they charge me for $600 again they kept my a week, I pick up my car after a week. Start driving after three weeks all the sign turn on again. Took my car to them. he told me we will check again and let you know three days no calls no update. I called them. They told me you have to change the fuel injector and oxygen sensor. I told the owner when I bring my car first time I told you this is the problem now I end up with the same problem. So far I pay $5200 and they were asking me for 4000 dollar on top. to change the fuel injector I was about to cry. I took my car came home. I can't pay $9200 in three months I ask them to give me the invoice what parts you change they told me we will send it by email. so I can take my car to the mechanic and explain what part we change but I didn't receive any email from them. Finally the new mechanic told me your engine is done. You have to put a new engine because from the start you had problem with fuel injector, and the gasket leak. To your engine so we have to put a new engine because the diagnose wrong and took $5200 and ruin the engine in my car please please don't go to this place!! owner is the meanest person he is not listening to you what you're saying.
