He quickly identified the problem and showed me melted plastic and damaged wiring that could have easily started a fire. It was honestly a close call, and I'm very grateful for how promptly and professionally everything was handled. The repair was completed efficiently, the communication was great, and I felt much safer afterward. When the contractor, Titan, came to install they told us they could use what they call baskets, which other solar companies had promoted so as not to punch holes into the roof, but not Go Solar.
