I am a native Milledgeville resident. I no longer live there. I was there visting for two days. I needed two nails repaired. There were several things I noticed when I walked in. 1. No one immediately greated me. The person who finally did was relaxing in the chair as if he was waiting for someone to give him service. 2. When I showed him what I needed repaired (two SNS nails), he immediately said we can't match that color (he was still sitting). I'm thinking to myself: How do you know you don't have the color you haven't even look? Maybe he was intimidated by the fact that I wanted SNS, and I wanted two different colors. One nail I needed repaired was yellow and the other was green. He never offered to match or allowed me to pick a color. The subdued unprofessional attitude caused me to say... "Never mind", and I walked out! My next stop was to go to Premier Nails. This service was no better. Please go to Yelp and find Premier Nails in Milledgeville for my review there. I presently live in a major city and am used to people treating customers with more respect when spending their money at a business. I say to the patrons in a Milledgeville, if you patronize this business, it makes them believes that the customer service they provide is good, and it is not. Boycott this business and SHUT THEM DOWN. I am sure that I am not the only one who has experienced such unprofessionalism. Don't waste your money. Most places put two coats and gel on my nails usually last at least 2-3 weeks without chipping. My nails started chipping after a week and a half. read more

I moved here from Florida where I have had the same nail lady for over a decade so it's been a struggle finding someone to meet my standards...and is capable of doing more than the basics...after trying several other places with no success, I finally found CT nails and Sam the nail tech! He did an amazing job and took the time to make sure everything was correct and even...he even listened to all my picky little requests without any hassle! He speaks perfect English which is just a bonus and is an all around nice and friendly guy! The place was clean and everyone seemed to be following current COVID mandates, which is high on my priority list! I'm so thankful I found this place in my new town because I've been traveling all over with little success...I did a lot of research and still ended up choosing them even though some of the reviews weren't the best and I'm soo glad I did! Give them a chance and you won't regret it, especially with Sam! I can't speak for the others of course as I haven't seen them personally but if he is any indication of the work they do, then no worries! Unfortunately, I was pressured to buy a more expensive pedicure. Then, my SNS nails barely lasted. I wish I could say it was better.

Pretty good place. Didn't have to wait at all. The chair I was in didn't work but other than that it was pretty good.

Really unhappy with the service I received here. Two different employees pressured me to buy a more expensive service (gel nails) even though I was very clear about what I wanted (regular polish). When I didn't go for the "upgrade", the service I received was very rushed and unfriendly, and the result was a very streaky, poor quality look. Do not go here. I went here for the first time and asked for my acrylics to be taken off and to get a manicure. The guy who did my nails said he understood, however, still proceeded to not take off my acrylics and to just give me a manicure. I had already told him twice what I wanted and he completely ignored it. They are also way over priced. read more

I ran in here real quick just to get my sns nails taken off and was put in a seat with a bowl of acetone and told to "rub it off". I was already disappointed at this point because I was basically told to do it myself and when I hadn't rubbed it off to the employee's approval by the time he had gotten back to me, he got really frustrated with me. Later, he got the drill and drilled all of my nails down to practically nothing. One of my nails is so bad that I can see the blood vessels through where my nail used to be. I can't even wash my hair myself currently because my nails were drilled so thin. I will never return nor will I recommend this place to anyone. read more
