We had them replace the ripped porch screens, power wash railings, roof, and the entire exterior of the house, as well as clean the gutters. They also replaced our old lousy gutter guards. Rudy did several walk arounds with me during the project to show me the progress and point out areas of concern, such as places where there were gaps in the existing deck trim that had caused water damage under the fascia. They were able to replace all of the rotting boards and added new trim to cover the gaps, which we hadn't planned on, but it made the deck much more sound and looks great, even better than before! He also pointed out that a number of our other old window screens around the house were frayed or torn, and offered to replace them while they were there, at a very fair price. The entire deck/porch looks new again. His team took care to carefully clean up the work site before they left. This is a family business, and they were consistently kind and very responsive. I went with his provider for my cabinets... but he ordered three didn't need... which I didn't know because I paid over the phone. When they arrived, I reminded him that I'd never said I was replacing my Butler's pantry base cabinets. The cabinets were also configured completely differently from what I had, and were smaller. His response: I should have said I wanted them the same. Anyway... His mistake, but he was unwilling to reimburse me AND he kept the cabinets. There are several other issues including not cleaning off the grout, not putting a heavy piece of furniture back in place even when asked after the fact, and poor touch up. The worst part is the fabricator for the granite had to rush to get my counters done so the contractor could move on to the next job, and I not only did NOT get the granite I chose, but I actually got two completely different colors. I feel upset every time I walk into my kitchen. His comment...'it's just a little more brown'....Well... it's not what I CHOSE, and I didn't even notice the difference until it was already installed!!! Beyond annoyed given I saved for a long time to do this work and ended up with something I don't like. I'm wishing I'd held back in payment and had the counters done properly. Overpriced labor given I paid for cabinets that weren't even needed (that he kept, though the mistake was his in misordering three I didn't need, then trying to rationalize it by saying the labor costs for the electrical was going to be more, so it was a 'wash'.) and I got countertops that weren't properly done. As an elderly woman, I honestly felt 'bullied' at times. Just DO NOT use them and save yourself headaches, disappointment, and dissatisfaction.

I am starting a class action. My parents hired Home Care LLC to remodel the rarely used guest bathroom. In March 2020, the shower panel came on glued. I reglued the shower panel. In April 2020, the floor grout started cracking. Because it was the beginning of covid, I tried to regrout the floor tile myself. It worked for a while, but the cracks started again, likely because Home Care did not adequately bond the tiles to the subfloor. On Dec 7, 2 020, 10:06 AM, I emailed Home Care with pictures of the floor tile cracking. I also told Home Care about the shower glue coming undone. Home care never responds to my email. Now all the floor titles move. To make matters worse! Now the toilet base leaks because the glue dissolved. This is a guest bathroom. It is rarely used. If only Home care used adequate bonding glue, their work would be great. But because they used cheap glue, my bathroom was destroyed. I hope Home Care will stop ignoring my emails and fix their mistake. The problem is getting worse every day. The owner TG refuses to fix his mistake.
