The old man who runs this place is terrible - rude, sullen, unhelpful, etc. The younger helpers are fine. I have had to deal with the old guy too many times. You may not get through to Malcolm when you initially make a call, but leave a message and after you hear back from him (for me it was within 24 hours), everything will be smooth sailing after that. I needed to get 2 fingerprint cards done and it was $45 total - yes, it is more expensive than getting it done with your local police department, but it was very easy to schedule a time with Malcolm and worth the additional cost to do it on my schedule esp. since I didn't want to delay the fingerprints getting done. Great service and I would recommend!
