I live just off of Pierce Ferry Rd. which is the route taken by tourists and tour buses to go the West Rim of the Grand Canyon and the Skywalk in Arizona. On September 15, 2019 at a few minutes before 2:00 PM I was traveling west on Pierce Ferry Rd. approaching Palo Alta and preparing to turn south on to Palo Alta. I had slowed down to the posted 45 mile per hour speed limit and turned on my left turn signal. One of your tour buses which had been following me came up behind my truck and was within 1 foot of my rear bumper and when I slowed to make my turn, he bumped me. I will admit that it wasn't hard, just a tap but I did feel it. After all, it is a full size tour bus. I put my truck in park and got out to inspect if there was any damage, and saw that the bus was only 6 inches from the hitch on my truck when we both finally came to full stop. It was then the Asian driver (military style haircut approximately 45-55 years old) yelled at me, "WHAT YOUR PROBLEM BI-CH?" He hit my vehicle and then told me I was a "B" and it was my(???) problem. I saw that the number under the driver's window was 54. I also looked at the license plate which was a California plate that started CC99 and I believe that last digits were 674. It was then that he reversed the bus and started to go around me, at an intersection, no less, where it is illegal to pass another vehicle, and nearly ran over me as I ran back to get into my truck. I was able to get to the next intersection, Olive and Pierce Ferry Rd. and finally make my left turn safely, although the bus was nearly against my rear bumper again. I went to my house and called the Mohave County sheriff to report the incident but did not make an accident report since it appears that there wasn't any damage to me or my truck. Just yesterday I found that from a local lady who lives there at the intersection of Pierce Ferry Rd. and Palo Alta had seen the whole incident and was able to identify the name on the bus as one of yours since the driver pulled away so fast I wasn't able to read it. He left the scene of an accident, again an illegal action. Don't your drivers take any kind of driving tests and do they know the driving laws here in the United States? Apparently not. My complaint is that your driver did not want to obey the speed limit law and tried to bully me into breaking the speed limit law by nearly pushing me and then finally hitting me. When he did hit me he blamed me for obeying the traffic laws and shouted an obscenity at me in front of your customers. Is this how you conduct business and condone the actions of your drivers? Do you tell the drivers to speed or do they just assume that the speed limit signs are there only for decoration? As I watch them speed through town (a posted 25 MPH) at nearly 50 mph and in the school zone (15 MPH) at 50 MPH and the residential areas (posted at 45 MPH) at nearly 65 mph, I start understand the feeling that one of the locals expressed ...that we should enforce the speed limits by sniper. read more

Horrible Trip with Seagull Holiday (海鸥假期提供差到极点的服务) July 2016, we booked travel to CA through online and online agency ranged us to Seagull travel agency (it seems this agency has several names - Seagull, or Seagull Holiday, or CTour Holiday, etc. As a scheduled tour day in CA, we arrived the place early and waited for the bus. It was a very hot day. The bus didn't show up in the morning until one and half hour late after I made several calls. We were scared to stand near Mexican town since we are the only people there including elders who were in age 70s. On another trip day, the bus AC had problems. Only in front of passengers had AC. Half passengers on the back who had no AC were sweating. On last day 7/20/20 afternoon, we were sent to transferred bus place. We got off the original bus and went to the transferred bus. The transferred bus door was closed. We knocked on the door, a young lady tour guide who wore a white shirt and looked under 30 years old said wrong bus for us. I came back to ask previous tour guide and he said the bus we went is the correct one. Then I went to transferred bus and knocked on the door again, but the young lady still said wrong bus. I came back to previous guide again and asked him to go with us to confirm, he said he was 100% sure that is the right bus, so I went back and knocked the bus door again (third time). This time the young lady guide changed her voice and indicated this is the right bus for us, but she said the bus seats were full and asked us to wait for others getting off the bus. We had very hard time to explore in sunshine on the parking lot and I was so much worrying about the elders, so I requested to let elders get on the bus, but lady guide refused. After waited half hour, this guide finally opened the door and let us get on the bus. We were shocking that seats were still available, and no one got off the bus. She made false situation and didn't concern us especially elders. When the bus arrived Los Angeles Airport, this tour guide just dropped off us on the random terminal. We had to carry heavy luggage to find the right terminal. It is a horrible trip. The bus came so later, didn't make up time to tour us. It provides AC broken bus during hot weather. The young lady guide doesn't concern travelers' safe and unfair treated us especially for elders. She is a mean and immoral guide who laid us several times and blocked elders getting into the bus in very hot weather near half hour.......I couldn't believe such travel agency still exists in the America. I had a deeply disappointing experience with our tour guide, Kevin (Chinese name: Li Wen 李文), and feel compelled to share the following: 1. Serious Boundary Violation: As a solo female traveler, I was shocked that the guide entered my hotel room twice at night under the pretense of "caring for solo guests" and brought me food. While it was framed as a kind gesture, it was completely inappropriate and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It's hard to believe that someone who has lived in the U.S. for over a decade would be unaware of such a serious breach of professional boundaries. 2. Two-Faced and Intimidating: He acted polite toward guests who firmly voiced their concerns, but then complained about them behind their backs. Shockingly, he openly criticized at least 5 people in front of me -- in a group of only 13 -- saying they were "difficult to deal with" or "too demanding." This kind of behavior, spreading negativity among travelers, is highly unprofessional. Meanwhile, he treated more passive guests (like myself) with a completely different attitude. For instance, he avoided giving "unlucky" room numbers like 25 or 4 to business travelers, yet had no problem assigning them to me. 3. Unreasonable Expectations on the Bus: Sleeping was discouraged on the bus, and the person in the front seat was expected to assist the guide frequently -- something that is clearly not a traveler's responsibility. 4. CTour is a money hungry corporation with non-existent customer service. They do not care about customer enjoyment during the trip; it's all about selling you extras. Pathing / route - is like traveling through the 9 levels of hell. For example, their 3 day tour in the west coast US takes you from LA to SF then back to LA for a final day. Essentially you spend 2 days on the road and 1 day in SF. Tour destinations - it's not about taking you to where you want to go. It's all about taking you to where they get the most kickback to the extent it's almost a scam. Monterrey aquarium costs $12 for them, they charge $50. KA show by circus soliel costs $70 for upper sections; they charge $125. The food - is not edible. They take you to restaurant in remote locations that no locals would ever consider. Again it's about the kickbacks. Additional charges - there are tons of these. They do not tell you up front. You only find out day by day what costs you have to pay for that day. An example is there is $50 charge for night city "tour". $35 additional charge for afternoon city tour. Tour guide - professionalism is non existent. Some if not most of their tour guides are imported directly from China on visa. They get minimal training with no actual experience in the US. They are supposed to tell you about the US. Some of them try to scam you by selling you nutrient products; claiming eating stem cells will help prevent cancer and diabetes. Others are plain idiots who provide no solutions when problems occur. My buddy and I were planning a road trip driving Route 66 to California ,but as we looked into it just didn't appear to be all that. So we started talking about Yellowstone and Mount Rushmore, well in the age of our phones listening on us. Lo and behold ads for trips to Yellowstone started popping up in ads on my phone. Now that being said, one ad did catch my eye. That was a 6 days 59 night trip from Salt lake City to Yellowstone, Jackson hole, and Mount Rushmore in an air conditioned bus with two drivers and a tour guide The price for this trip with everything included except for lunch and dinner. Meals was under $1,300 and it was a phenomenal deal. So if you're planning on doing this trip I would highly recommend it because they pack in a whole lot of stuff each day and they start at 7:00 in the morning and sometimes they're not getting back till 7:00 or 8: 00.Our beautiful tour guide , Ms Rebecca was outstanding in every way and anything that we needed. She was able to take care of it for us. Ok Google. So kudos to her and if you're lucky enough to get her as your guide you will be very happy. If there was any knock on the door and it really isn't on the tour itself but more a technology issue as cell towers are scarce meaning no cell. Service. Maybe if they were to install a star link service for the whole bus for coverage. As this might take some of the monotony out of the several hour drives going point to point but all in all I would do it again and I would highly recommend it read more

My son and I join the 5 days Los Angeles / San Francisco tour last week, and we feel pretty satisfied to the services provided by the CTOUR Holiday company. The company provide smooth customer service on the airport pick up / drop off, tour guides (Sam, Dong) are on time and provide clear instructions for the meet up time and places which help us to had easier transition at the beginning of the tour and ending of the tour. For the 3 days tours from LA to SF, tourist destinations are well selected, and the tour guide (Jordan) is responsible person who make sure all team members are having good time and also come back to the tour group on time in order to keep the itinerary move forward as planned. For the one day LA Universal Studio visiting, the tour guide (Dong) provided extra visiting tips for us to maximize our fun time spend in the LA Universal Studio. I went on the 7-day Mt. Rushmore-Yellowstone tour from Denver. It was extremely well organized. Sure, we had to get up early to be able to see all places that the tour promises, but it's worth it. All attractions are unique and amazing. I would only suggest removing one stop in Yellowstone (the Biscuit basin perhaps) to allow time for the hike (which could be optional if too exhausting for older people) to see the panoramic view of the prismatic spring. But all the other stops were amazing and I never felt rushed. The guide Rebecca was very knowledgeable but concise: she never bored us with endless information and focused on the most important aspects. If you want to know more, you can just buy a guidebook and read it during the bus trips. But I appreciate she didn't speak for hours during the bus trips, thus giving chances of taking a nap.
