If you interrupt them to ask a simple question they give your extreme attitudes, yell at you and get defensive when you return the same message back. They don't allow to time to speak because they're speaking over you. Management is scarce and the manager onsite enables the behavior. Customer service is non existent at this place. It does not even deserve a star. It could improve by getting more customer friendly staff.

The store seems to be focusing more on expensive organic products, but unfortunately the quality control on some of the cheeses has gone down. I've purchased several cheeses here recently that tasted over-aged and strongly ammoniated. Properly aged European cheeses should have complex, nutty, earthy flavors -- not a harsh ammonia taste or smell. This has happened multiple times now. One of the biggest issues is that everything is prepackaged in plastic, so you cannot properly smell or assess the cheese before buying it. You only discover the problem once you get home and open the package. A good cheese counter should allow customers to smell or sample cheeses, especially imported and aged varieties.

They provide good deals and have low prices on sale items. Store few months prior received an upgrade so it's well maintained and cleaned properly. I recently had an incident in the parking lot where one of there employees while retrieving carts dented our car. He accidentally let it slip out of his hand and it fell from the platform right into my car. I'm still waiting on payment from their company after I received an appraisal for the damages.

Plus, the general manager is not a nice person--she is rude and dismissive to customers and employees alike- maybe because she has the thankless job of running this wreck of a store.
