After a brief hello and sharing of what the issue I had been experiencing, Nick begins talking in a voice volume louder than I was expecting. He gave me the, "I've been doing this for more than blah, blah, years and...." Wow. Okay. He reiterated the prices the 1-800 person told me on the phone and then stopped talking and looked at me. He didn't ask me a question, so I didn't answer. Impatiently he then says, "okay?" I nod. After I sign on the dotted line and Nick prints, I was going to ask him if he was okay. But a male customer walked in and I figured I should keep my question to myself for now. I said thank you and out I walked. Feeling shaken and confused and hoping he wouldn't be there when I picked up my laptop in a week. One week later: received a call that my laptop was done. Confirmed with my husband that he was available to go with me to pick it up. Walked in the shop and was welcomed by Nick, though this wasn't the same Nick I experienced a week ago. There was some time delay, but we were kept abreast as to their arrival time. Lino (sic) & Angel (sic) worked well together. Few words were said between them from the time they dismantled the old dishwasher to the end of securing the new one in. They showed great partnership and were professional in every aspect of the job. After the installation, Lino went over the dishwasher functions with us. He didn't once look at the manual but pointed out several important buttons we need to be aware of. Lino was naming the steps off like he's done it dozens of times. We were very impressed at his knowledge of the product. All-in-all, it took just under an hour from start to finish. After the machine was installed, Lino checked for level and wiped down the new machine. I commented on how well they work together. Lino said they're a father and son team... and what a team. I did read some of the other reviews just now, and they may or may not be true, as is true of any reviews. My input is that we won't go to Best Buy or similar stores for any sort of computer repair. We tried that once and it was a fiasco. I did not wait in line at this store and we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We will come back when the need arises again.
