    8/18/25 Received a $10 off email. Must use! One earbud sound is out. Got another set. I was pretty shocked. The $10 off makes sense. My earbuds are over $10 more now. The times. Anyways greeted upon entering. Easy to find. Clean, safe and organized. Got a new set of earbuds and went to checkout. Small wait, paid for order & wished a good day! Good service & store! Recommended!

    The Dude at geek squad does not know what he's talking about there needs to be a manager on shift 24/7 to watch all these people are talking. It's not right that one geek squad place says one thing and then another geek squad place says another that makes Fresno location. Look really really bad. FYI, if you want something done right go to the Clovis location. I was told that my device would not be fixed and that they would send it back at the Fresno location however, when I went to the Clovis location they sent off my device and look what do you know it is getting repaired so this is why this place deserves a one star.

    In the market for a cheap little laptop for my craft room, along with an all in one printer. Score! I found a little HP for less than $200 and a Brother printer for $89. They didn't have the printer at the Fresno store, but they did have it at Clovis. The guy helping me had already called Clovis to have them snag the last one there for me. I paid for my items and headed to the other store. Nice guy. Super fast visit. Great pricing!

    A-Team Geek Squad delivers/installs a new ranger in one of my rental units: Chardonnay and Martin were both personable and easy to work with. I was particularly impressed with Chardonnay's ability to listen well and have a good communication skills. Listening is a lost art these days with people constantly cutting each other off and not letting somebody finish. Every job has some anomalies or unique things that are helpful for people to know about (and significant). IF folks aren't listening, you can't pass those helpful things on. And so as always, thinking ahead, I pulled the old unit out, vacuumed the space and cleaned it all out with Pine-Sol and a good scrub. Don't expect anybody else to do something like that for you, especially not an install crew. If you haven't personally been on top of this in the past, have an older home/unit, expect it to be bad. And potentially 'clean suit' disgusting. You don't get a second shot to prepare the space so to do it well! It's YOUR time to shine (pun intended)! Honestly, I appreciate new tools and appliances. I enjoy researching them, selecting them and get a bit excited (improvements). I'm always reminded about how important the good people are who make these things possible, to the Lord who supples EVERY need! And so, in gratitude, I thank you Lord for both the resources and the skills/desire to help ensure good decision making, planning, thinking ahead and dignifying the process. To Chardonnay and Martin, in way of encouragement to you both, thank you for working to high standards and doing such a good job. A blessing! -G

    Manager was rude and dismissive. I cancelled my service contract with Geek Squad. I had to solve my issue myself.

    I can't recommend this company enough!…read more The Rapid Repair team fixed my dryer, a few weeks ago. As Anthony, my technician and owner of Rapid Repair, was leaving I mentioned that our freezer had stopped making ice and was leaking water both inside and outside. This is when I found out that Anthony's is certified and licensed specifically to repair refrigerators and freezers! We made an appointment and he came back a few days later and saw that the waterline was clogged and the ice maker motor had gone out. He quickly found the parts and came back a few days later to repair our freezer. The repair took about 45-minutes and stated it was a fairly common issue that happens with just wear and tear; nothing serious. He even helped to reset our water line that was pushing on our condenser fan and make a loud noise every so often. In total, we paid $200 that included parts and labor, which I feel is amazing! Anthony is punctual and gets right to work when he arrives. No chitchat, which I greatly appreciate!

Our washer randomly started leaking (heavily) yesterday. I reached out this morning and he has already come to diagnose. Unfortunately, it's more worth it to replace than repair. His fee included the diagnostic and labor, however since there wasn't much labor other than the diagnostic he was very negotiable with a lower rate. I would 100% use him again in the future if we ever have another appliance issue.
