$31 for cigars was not handed to me when I left the store...:(

I visited little havana and had a great time. I purchased a torch, cutter, 3 south beach cigars and some rum cigars. i know flavored cigars are frowned upon...but sometimes they are fun to mix in with everything else. I really liked the selection.

Definitely visit this place when visiting Little Havana. They have a variety of cigars and trinkets. Employees were friendly, attentive, and will answer any questions regarding their products. They day I stopped by, one of the workers was rolling the cigars one by one by hand, so cool.

It was so cool to step inside this quaint little shop to see cigar hand rolling live. The lady who was doing it has been at it for 27yrs. That's amazing. I'm not a smoker myself, but I didn't mind the smell of the sweet cigars one bit.

    Very nice and helpful staff

*Note: Pre-pandemic review* My friend visiting from Chicago wanted the full Little Havana experience and was hoping to smoke a good cigar. As there is a glot of cigar shops within the 3 block tourist area, I wasn't sure where to turn. Based on the opinions of Fidel at Havana Shirt Store, and a Miami PD mounted patrol officer, I went to Cuba Tobacco Cigar Co. It was pretty chill. The young ladies behind the counter were super nice, and were able to offer some knowledgeable advice. I was a bit disappointed that we were unable to go to the room where the rollers were, and also I wanted to meet the owner, the legendary Don Bello, but alas, the "viejito" was taking an afternoon siesta! The cigar itself which I smoked over in Domino Park's plaza, lasted a good 45 minutes, retained a good ash, and was mild (as advertised). Also, Yelp check-in gets you a 10% discount. I'd go back again next time I'm in Little Havana once normalcy returns.

Disappointed. Flavorless. Dry. And expensive. If your a tourist. Don't buy here. Waste of money.

Amazing hand-rolled cigars with aged tobacco...how much better does it get. It smoked well, slow, white ash, and full in body. We came by after having a great lunch so the timing was just perfect. Swing by and grab a bunch for the road. I could only imagine the different flavors from some of the others that I didn't try. Nice find!

During a culinary tour we stopped by the Cuba Tobacco Cigar Co. We were definitely impressed with the hand rolled cigars and the history incapsulated in the display windows. If you go, take a moment to read the articles and info available. The family who has owned and operated the establishment has poured their heart and soul in the business. From what we gather the 70 yr old man you may come across is the original owner. Who migrated from Cuba retaining the skill and knowledge he brought from home. Their prices are very reasonable considering locations on Miami Beach.

Winner Winner Cuban Cigar and Chicken dinner!!! This was a certified dream come true. This stop on Miami Tours was awesome. We stopped in and got a short tour then I proceeded to the wall to pick out some Maduro Cubans bought 3 and the Lady bought me a candy cane type cigar for my Bday. I got business cards and the address to plug into the GPS for future visits. The cigars are great and the service informative and swift. Loved this experience.

This is the wold famous Cuba Tobacco Cigar Company. Did a mini tour of how they make the cigars, which are 100% Cuban Cigars. I am NOT a smoker, but did find the process interesting and did purchase one cigar for friend that would appreciate it. The owner will let you take pictures with him and many, many famous people come here to purchase his products. This is a family owned and ran business. I enjoyed speaking with them and especially enjoyed the mini-tour. This is a must see if you are in Little Havana!

2 Maduro cigars ( strong) and one mild cigar.

I've always bought my cigars from here. Great prices and great customer service. Today ( Monday the 30th of August) I decided to explore 3 different cigar shops,in Little Havana on SW 8th St. I was ignored in all three stores. The first shop, the sales rep was eating looked up at me and kept eating. I stood there like a chootch and left. The second shop, the sales rep was talking to three guys sitting around smoking. I stood there like a chootch and left. The third shop the sales rep was busy on the phone about something. He looked up at me and told me go in the humidifier room and look around. I don't smoke and didn't know the difference in cigars, it's s gift for a friend. I stood there like a chootch and walked out. Lesson learned!! I went back to old reliable, and all three young sales ladies were very attentive. The one that actually assisted me took the time to tell me the difference in cigars and their strengths, it was very informative. Great place and I plan on only returning to this shop. It never fails. I bought a box of cigars last year from them, great prices. I highly recommend it!!!

For locally rolled smokes I'd have to recommend this little shop. It looks like they have a larger operation somewhere, but they do have a roller in the shop crafting their own cigars so us gawking tourist smokers can see some legit rolling happening in person. Tourist gimmick, possibly, but this Texan tourist wandering around Little Havana took to it like a fish to a worm, and they reeled me in. We were lucky enough to show up as one of the tourist groups that pays for the tour of Little Havana's history popped in and started taking about the history of the shop and it's cigars. Sweet. Add to the wandering and listening pleasure. I did spend some cash, not a lot as there were other shops around that I wanted to see, but those shops didn't earn my business. I'll likely return for more before we check out of the Miami area and head back west.

I went out of my way to arrive here at 8am 4/21/2026 to grab a cigar before work, and there's nobody to be seen. All doors and gates closed, lights off, no vehicles present. Either change your hours to accurately reflect when you're open, or be there at 8. Disappointing. Update: 4/22/2026 I called in order to inquire about if their hours were accurate and spoke to a man on the phone - no name. When I informed him of my experience, he stated "we do this thing called going to a cigar convention. It's once a year. We're here every other day. We didn't open yesterday until noon." I stated that I'm really not one to complain or argue, in fact this is the first review I've ever left. He was extremely flippant and dismissive, as if I'm supposed to know their schedule. Honestly, blown away by this low level of customer service and rudeness. I could maybe expect this from a mom n pop cigar store who couldn't care less. I never expected this from Padrón. Extremely disappointing. If you want a song and dance and to look at pictures on the wall, I guess it's worth stopping by. Otherwise, drive 2 minutes up the street and buy their cigars at Neptune. You'll save money and get the service you'd expect from an established business.
