The good ole brickell smoke shop, prob the best one in brickell, as miami vice holds it down for downtown across the bridge. They do have free parking for their customers, all you have to do is notify the parking attendant and you're set. The selection is pretty good for vapes and glass and much more, but prices are a bit higher here than anywhere I've been, but probably because...it's brickell. Either way they have a rewards program and discounts as well. I've already grabbed a nice rolling tray and grinder for free and even vapes with my points. If they would adjust the prices I'm sure they would attract more locals. The staff here is always so helpful and friendly as well. I heard this property might've been bought out... Save yourself a lot of money and order from online. In response to Brickell Smoke Shops comment. This purchase was made in April 2019. Well before there was a ban on certain flavors. The girl with the eyebrow piercing, long straight hair and glasses gave horrible customer service :( Asked a different employee for help at first and she overheard and stepped in instead and seemed very bothersome even though she was the one who stepped in willingly. We asked questions about different products and she seemed very annoyed with having to educate us on the products we were interested in and verbally complained in our faces to us about it, even when we asked for recommendations. Made me nervous to ask anything else because of her choice in words and attitude when answering. If she does not like working there, I pray she finds somewhere else she enjoys, fast too. My go-to for all the tobacco products. They have a huuuuge variety of stuff and their shop is always spotless. Remember you have to be 21+ to enter/buy their stuff. You will have to present an ID, there are cameras everywhere in the shop. So be mindful and respectful. Brickell smoke shop is the best ! I came to the shop to buy my pilot friend CBD. He is regularly drug tested so I was really on the fence about it which I voiced to the owner of the establishment who was selling me the product. I said I may have to bring it back if he is not comfortable to take the CBD. She didn't say anything about the return policy. I leave after buying myself some CBD and huge $100 jar for my friends bday present. I give the gift to my friend and he is afraid to have the bday present bc he doesn't want to risk a drug test coming back positive for thc. So since i was just there yesterday I bring the receipt and jar to return. I am greeted by the same woman whom I just shared my story with yesterday who sold me this exact CBD jar. She says, "You can not return anything purchased from the store." I said , "huh? I was just here talking to you yesterday , I told you my story and you never said anything about not being able to return , surely you can make an exception?" She said "No, it says in the fine print of the receipt right here that you can not make any returns." They literally did not let me return the CBD less than 24 hours later. I still can not believe people can be so terrible. This was wrong on all levels. And I'm a firm believer in karma and doing the right thing. Which is why I'm writing this review here. The worst part is I didn't have an extra $100 lying around to buy my friend another birthday gift which was so upsetting. Businesses excel when customer service is valued. Clearly here they do not care about customer service or simply even doing the right thing. So if you support this business or think of coming here , I ask you to consider taking your hard earned money elsewhere to an establishment that deserves it. read more
