Looks like they are under ownership at this location because the sign didn't have Cuban Coffee Queen it. Ordered a cafe con leche and received a mediocre latte. Barista was frowning while she was making so maybe she didn't know what she was doing. Place was full and everyone else looked like they were having a good time. When I ask where their bathroom was the cashier told me matter of factly that the unmarked door in the back was the bathroom as if I was suppose to know unmarked door means bathroom. Bathroom was out of paper towels. Would not go back. read more

Forced tip when you pay, zero service. Came in to go boxes and you had to clean your own table. My wife's salad was full of brown lettuce and the workers were not friendly at all. I do NOT recommend. read more

If you need a caffine pick me up this is the spot. It is tucked inside a small indoor shopping area. It has a few tables outside or take your coffee outside to a bench and enjoy the view of the ocean. The Cafe Con Leche is pretty spot on, nice and strong. The price is right too. We decided to grab a quick breakfast before we headed back to Miami so we decided to stop here. Just FYI this location is near the cruise ship port. A ship just docked when we arrived so the line was long. I ordered the Key Wester sandwich and an iced coffee. Omg! This really was one of the best coffees I've had and my first Cuban coffee. I regret not trying this place when we first got to town, I would have stopped every day. My breakfast sandwich was good. The portion was large and it came with plantain chips. My husband had a smoothie and a breakfast burrito. I had a bit of his food and it was also tasty. Must check out one of their locations in Key West. read more

The Cuban coffee queen has the BEST Cuban coffee I've ever had! The cortadito (Espresso shot with sugar) is the best tasting most authentic one I've ever had. The perfect amount of sweetness! If you are looking for a boost of energy be sure to give this place (or one of the other locations) a try while in Key West. Couldn't be better! read more

Best coffee on the island, strong but not acidic, our favorite was the Cuban vanilla. Amazing breakfast sandwiches. Our favorite was the Keywester' - crispy bacon, buttery fried egg, melted American cheese. We drank this delicious coffee every morning on our hotel balcony. read more

Coffee was fine, but we ordered a piece of Key Lime pie and we're not told it was frozen ($7.50). Hard as a rock and not good. Brought it back and just got a smirk and a comment that of course it was hard, it's frozen. Two stars just for the coffee, none for the food or service. read more

this place is awesome! I am so glad we found it and have gotten it a lot since our vacation started. I am an avid coffee drinker, and I was excited to find a local place to try. I was not disappointed. the caramel cold brew with almond milk, caramel frappe, and hangover helper drinks are awesome. I've had all three and would highly recommend any of them. the place is darling, and I love the yellow too. great taste, nice staff, clean, and affordable. 10/10 read more

I had the iced Cafe Con Leche and it was the BEST iced coffee I've ever had!! Creamy, but still had a great, strong coffee taste. I also had the Caliente Cuban Mix and it was just the right amount of spice and flavor. Would DEFINITELY stop by again when in Key West! Wish they had one where I live in St. Pete too! read more

Coffee great, but staff seem dishonest. I grabbed a T-shirt from the rack with a $20.00 sticker price. Register employee rang it up and the price was several dollars higher. I told him the price said $20 and he said no it's $24. I showed him the $20 tag and he said "no, old price, $24". The manager said the "its $24". When I said it's wrong to not honor the sticker price, she said "it's key west". I'll leave it others to decide if that's acceptable to them or not. read more

We went to the location at the shops located by Malory Square. The sandwiches were good and we purchased ground coffee to make at home. It was good but very pricey which is why I guess they give you 50% off the second bag if you buy 2. A few days later phoned in an order to go and it was ready when we got there and just as good as our first trip. The shop is very clean and the staff was friendly. I do wish they had a couple more chip options other than a banana or plantain chips. read more

I love Cuban Coffee Queen! It has to be some of the best coffee I have ever had. I came here twice. The first time I got a standard hot coffee with a chocolate pastry. I went in the morning about an hour after they opened and you can tell the pastry was fresh. It was light and flaky with just a little pull. The chocolate wasn't bitter or overly sweet. It had the perfect balance. The coffee is the real star though. The hot coffee with milk (americano con leche) is great. The blend is rich and robust with a high caffeine content that will get you perked up for the day. The second time I got iced coffee and that was delicious. They do something very unique here though. They freeze their coffee and put it in the drink rather than using frozen water. What an ingenious idea! The coffee doesn't get watered down as the ice melts which must be important for Key West heat. Service was good. You might have to wait a few more minutes than most places since the barista makes everything to order, but it is well worth it! They also have some fun merchandise that you can pick up. We didn't get anything, but thought the quotes were clever. read more
