They have a gigantic walk-in humidor. Free Cafecito is an extremely important attraction for me. It's speaks volumes about the level of service provided to their customers. There's limited things to eat in a vending machine. But the best feature is that you feel like you are having a cigar in Old Havana with a view of Little Havana. I have been visiting, running in and out of this shop for years. When I say running, they are so close to the airport, if your layover is more than one hour, you can catch an Uber to the shop, grab some cigars *ask them where the $5 hand rolled cigars are, you won't be disappointed*, a shot of cuban coffee, and you could be back in your terminal in about 40 mins. Service was friendly as it should be but they literally just ran out of matches and I had to buy a new lighter $10 (have you seen how much matches are on Amazon in bulk?) scheming! If your going for cigars only, this is definitely the place to go. Also, they serve great Cuban coffee. If I were rating off this alone, I would give it 5 stars, hands down. However, when I went, I went to get my hair cut and beard trimmed at their barber shop as well. Unfortunately, I would have to give it around 2-3 out of 5. Granted, it was an enjoyable experience. I selected a cigar from their humidor and smoked it while getting my head shaved and beard trimmed. That part was nice. But, they butchered my head and beard. Left patches of hair, cut me up pretty bad with the straight razor, and my beard was all lopsided. So, that's why I rated 3 stars. read more

Cuban Crafters refused my service dog entry into their humidor citing that they were concerned dog hairs were going to get onto the cigars. This is BS. I take my dog to many cigar retailers and never have a problem. This is the first place they told me they were concerned the dog hair was going to get on their cigars. I will never come back to Cuban Crafters again and advise people that have service dogs to steer clear of this place! Plus, refusing service dogs entry to an establishment is their right, but also discriminatory and an insult to those with disabilities, especially war veterans who suffer from them, like me. read more

This weekend I had the opportunity to finally drive down from Broward to go check this place out. Like most cigar shops they had an array of cigars to choose from. What sets this place apart is the value of the cigars and the hospitality of the employees. I don't speak Spanish but they had a young guy who spoke English there to help me. The young man was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. They had glitch with the debt machine so I had to wait awhile form my transaction to go thru. While waiting for the machine to go online, the staff gave me a free cigar to smoke (delicious by the way) and cafe. Relaxing in the big comfy chairs and puffing on a nice cigar led to a great experience and it's was definitely worth the drive. read more

This is a cool place to check out tons of cigars. I don't smoke them myself but whenever my dad comes into town we try and make a visit here. They have shelves and rows and rooms full of cigars from all over. The prices range from a few bucks to mucho dinero. So, if you can't find something to puff on from here you must not be looking. You can also see cigars being made on site. There are a number of stations in the front that crafters sit at and roll them by hand. It's fascinating to watch the art. Many years have been spent learning the craft. In addition to cigars, Cuban Crafters also has a barber shop, a cafe, domino tables, and a bar in the back. On this last visit, no one was manning the cafe so we didn't get our Colada shots. And I've never actually seen anyone getting a shave. The Dominos tables usually have at least a few people throwing bones. We walked back to the bar section and that wasn't hopping either. Not sure if they dismantled the bar and the small stage that used to be set up was gone. Looks like some changes might be underway. My only gripe with this Cuban Crafters location is the air exchanger. Every time we go in if there are a number of cigars lit up, the whole place gets very smoky. I know this is a smoking establishment, however, I have been in cigar lounges that do an excellent job of managing the air so that anyone can sit and enjoy themselves. i've been shopping at this fine establishment for the last three years, unfortunately my wife & myself felt very uncomfortable this time around with a coworker name "Sully " she made us feel very uncomfortable in the humidor and was constantly watching over us & had very rude behavior towards me and my wife the entire time.. besides that the customer service has always been great! My first time at an authenic cuban cigar store....I was truly amazed because I just didnt know what to expect. They had any and everything...hats, shirts, ashtrays, pictues...everything that had to do with a cigar. You could even sit down and have a smoke. The first question asked is what benefit you want from the cigar...my niece said she wanted aomething for relaxation, i was just standing by because i just didn't know. In the one picture it's a stand with all type of flavor cigars and that is whar i looked at. They had vanilla, honey, rum, tequila, you name it...they had it. I picked out 4 of the flavored ones and they ranged from 4.50 to 6.50. Which i thought was not bad at all. I gave them away as gifts....haven't gotten any feedback on the taste yet. read more

Ordered a Father's Day gift on Wednesday, paid for UPS overnight delivery and did not get it until today, Monday. When my package didn't arrive Thursday or Friday, I call both days and no answer. Upon receiving my purchase today, cigars are missing and some items do not look as pictured on the website. I called them immediately after opening the box asking for a refund, which they said they would have to contact UPS and also about my missing cigars. I was told they would be shipped out "overnight delivery" but probably won't get those until next week and probably won't be the right cigars that I purchased. Will not be doing business with this establishment again. Father's Day wasn't completely ruined due to having to go out on find replace items,but it sure didn't go as planned. I'm reserving a 5 star rating because I'm not a push over. As one reviewer noted, they don't carry a lot of the name brands. That's not a bad thing. At least not for me. So that's why I left a star out. This place is big. Really big. They have an area for their rollers though none were working when I was there. I like their house sticks. Being kind of a tightwad, I tend towards the less expensive. Saving the splurge for special occasions. When I told the counter guy, Mike, what I liked, he delivered with a very smokable cigar that fit the bill. I think the house sticks are $2, $1.50 if you buy 10. I may be a little off on that but not much. Nice selection of very affordable humidors, and expensive too, along with other accessories. Like Paul M. says, I hate to do this to the main street retailers but that's the way it goes. Sorry. Finally, it's a busy area but there is off-street parking. read more
