The location is easy to get to and there is a small parking lot to the left. The truck I rented was brand new (not always the case) and even had a aux input for the stereo. There is a gas station across the street so you can refill right before you return your truck. The worker that assisted us was friendly and chatty. He even was able to tweak our rental so that it was only considered 1 day even though technically it was overnight. There are some random things inside the building as deadbeat storage clients items are sometimes sold to the public. There is also 2 large bookcases filled with free books. While I pray that I don't have to move anytime soon, if I need to rent a truck or store stuff off site, I would have no issue choosing 1SSS. *The neighborhood isn't the best so make sure that you hide anything of value from view in your car. Then again, this policy should be done everywhere. :)

The workers are super friendly I talked to one of the guys about football for like ten minutes. Awesome employees and great service. Lock box for getting the keys to the truck took three tries. We had to have the worker manually open the lockbox cuz the combination was glitching. The truck itself was an amazing ride. Don't expect to be driftin and racing, max speed with a full truck is 75mph. Decent sound system with all the radio stations, working AC, and overall smooth drive.

The storage facility itself is nice, but they change their prices and rates on a whim. Every few…read moremonths you will get an email saying that they need to increase your rent due to "market conditions" and they will double or triple your rate. Within 4 months of having the storage unit at $36, they emailed to increase it to $100. I had to call and ask why it was going up 3x and they said they would do $59 instead, 5 months later I get another email saying they are going up to $105. They just change your rent on a whim and then assume that most people won't call and go through the hassle of getting it lowered.

At midnight they left my son's mattress on the front lawn of his house after a week of my son trying to communicate with the company to find it.
