This company is so deceptive about pricing. Do not go here. They will jack up the monthly prices after only a few months and significantly. They get you in and know it's too much of a burden to move your stuff and they up the prices and it's completely arbitrary because it's not based on supply and demand. Not only do they go out of their way to accommodate our schedule & requests, but also look after our units. On several occasions we have inadvertently left unit doors open and always receive a call within minutes watchful staff (I think they like tooling around in the golf cart, who wouldn't?!) has secured them. We have been a customer for 8+ years of this location. We set up our service when Morningstar owned this location and never had a single problem - they were great! We have had nothing but problems since Cubesmart bought the property. We have been robbed SEVERAL times! We are paying for 24 HOUR SURVEILLANCE. Each time we call the office, they tell us there are no security cameras on the back lot and there is nothing they can do. Each time we tell them we are paying for 24 hour surveillance and and we expect them to make sure all cameras are working. They refuse to rectify this issue. Once again, we called them to tell them we have fired an employee and need to change the gate code. They told us that we couldn't do it and would need to come in personally but Rob (the manager - who could truly care less about customers) said he was headed out to the bank - wouldn't wait for us (even though we were 10 minutes away) because he had to go to the bank and wouldn't be back for an hour. In that hour our former employee showed up and shattered every windshield of every one of our company trucks. We called the police and asked Rob to work with the police - he again said he wouldn't provide ANY video to the police because there wasn't any. Then he proceeded to lecture us because of the items when had in our units (which by the way shouldn't matter because we are paying to rent that space) Bottom line - DO NOT WORK WITH CUBESMART - THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! Especially Rob, the manager! He is horrible and does not care!! Once we complained, Rob's manager Monica Edwards, evicted us. Bottom line, never rent from Cubesmart!! Their employees are VERY DECEPTIVE. The higher up you go in the company, the worse it gets. read more
