I used TMT to move my client out of a high rise in Downtown Denver. When I called Laurie in the…read moreoffice (Centennial, I believe) it was 10 minutes to 5, right before they closed. In talking through my needs, she realized that she had an opening for a move my size for the end of that week - only 3 days away. She said to call back at 8am the next morning when she opened the office to book it so that no one else could take the spot. (I had to confirm with my client she was ok with this time before I booked it as it wouldn't be refundable since I was within the 72 hour timeframe). I set my alarm the next morning for 8am, and Laurie answered, remembered me and took me through the easy process of booking. She was able to provide me with a COI, which the HOA required within 30 minutes. On moving day, my movers - Zack and Treyvon (Trey) - called to tell me they were 30 minutes away, and then upon their arrival, I went down to the building dock to assist them with their arrival - the condo building is on the 16th street mall, so they had to drive ON the mall and then back into the loading dock. They were very kind and friendly - they'd done moves in the building before so they knew the drill. We went up to the unit and we talked through the move, I signed the paperwork and away they went. They followed ALL the myriad guidelines the building requires - including no hallway staging - and made several trips up and down (the elevator could not be locked down) to load the items. Absolutely NO damage was done, and they made thoughtful suggestions as to how to load the items. They were also very friendly throughout the process and we chitchatted quite a bit. Zach and Trey obviously work together a lot as they also had a great rapport with each other and you could see they both enjoy their jobs (Zach has been working for TMT for 8 years and Trey for 3.5). I also received a call mid-move from their office making sure everything was going well and according to plan! We were donating all the items they collected and they were troopers about going to both locations - Habitat for Humanity ReStore and ARC. They assisted with unloading the items, and were extremely friendly and professional. The move took a bit longer than expected because of traffic, etc - all completely out of their control, but they remained friendly and upbeat the entire time. In the end, they thanked ME for being so nice to them, explaining that usually people are quite unkind to them, which I find very sad. But I couldn't tell you how much I appreciate their thanks and acknowledgement. I will DEFINITELY call TMT again, and will specifically request Zach and Trey. They are the best I've ever dealt with - and I've moved a LOT, and I move a lot of clients. Moving is a tough business, but they did it with ease, competence and friendliness that will keep brining me back again and again. Thank you TMT!
