The larger companies tended to outsource work to other small movers that had terrible reviews or thin histories, and the risk of unknown players employing random hirelings was not worth a marginally lower price. Our piece of mind in knowing that a single crew would be accountable for the entire job was crucial. It was great for us to build a rapport with one team who both picked up our whole house and delivered it to in Vegas. We had lots of vintage furniture and art, and we knew we needed some extra help to ensure that items were carefully wrapped, stacked, and packed onto the truck. Everything showed up intact, nothing broken, and the extra care that came with knowing the team allowed us to get a great value for our money - particularly when it came time to unload into our new home. The crew--Tanner, Benny, Ben, and Jonathan--were all professional, efficient, helpful, and very careful with our belongings. Movemasters packed the truck for my move, which I then drove myself out of state. At my destination, I used a different moving team, and the contrast in professionalism was huge. They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

I absolutely am a fan and endorse her work based on my experience. I originally called Organized by Keli because I was moving in from out of state and I had sprained my ankle badly right before the move. I knew I would need help so I interviewed via email and phone a few organizers I found via Google and Yelp in the area. I found Keli easy to talk with and liked how she worked. What I didn't have a good time with, however, was with the movers. Turns out my ankle injury was to have time to heal before our stuff would arrive due to a serious truck driver shortage and our belongings remained in a warehouse waiting for a driver... for 40 days. It was over a month before I can give Keli an actual date range when our stuff would finally arrive... at a time when my husband would be away and I would have to tackle it all solo. When I booked and pre-paid Keli, just knowing that she would be coming with her team helped me to be more relaxed about the daunting task ahead. When the items were finally piled in my house, Keli was able to work flexibly with me on getting her team out to help me. My ankle was healing but the arrival of our things means there was only two weeks before the kids start their school year! Talk about being behind an eight ball! Luckily Keli had a great team of people who put in 24 hours of man hours in a day. They were able to get the Kitchen AND Master Bedroom with 2 closets all done in the first day! Second day they worked on the office, basement, and kids bedrooms. Keli and her team are the nicest people who I definitely didn't mind around my house and around my kids. I ended up purchasing a few extra hours outside of my package to fine-tune things and I am also super thankful for the team helping to get rid of all the boxes that were processed!

I finally did receive a response via email on Thursday (a week later). This moving company was a rare find. Our son Christopher was moving from Virginia to Colorado. His belongings were transported via two U-haul boxes to the U-haul Moving & Storage of Green Mountain facility in Lakewood,Co where they were being stored while Christopher was looking for a place to live. He finally found an apartment in Golden,Co and was ready to move there on May 28. Through the channels of U-Haul we thought we had made an agreement with a mover who promised to transport and deliver the boxes on May 28 at 12:00 Noon. To make a long story short the move never happened and there was no sign or trace of the moving company we thought we had made a deal with. It was now into the Memorial day weekend and after numerous frustrating telephone calls with U-Haul we finally tumbled to the Seven Brothers Moving Co on Yelp were were read the high rating reviews which led us to call Jeff. Talking to Jeff was like a fresh breath of air, after so many frustrating attempts with other parties to arrange for the move. Jeff was very professional and took his time to talk to us in detail and make us a quote within a few minutes after our talk and we were able to set a date and time for the move, which happened to be Memorial Day. Jeff was also able to accommodate a last minute change by the U-Haul facilitate, when they told us they would not be able to load the u-boxes, getting another customer to switch the timing of their move. The move went flawlessly with the two young people being very helpful, friendly and professional. It was just such a pleasure to deal with Jeff and his workers. Christopher and we were very happy and pleased that the whole move went as smoothly as it did. We have no reservations of highly recommending Jeff and his company to anyone who is contemplating and looking for help to make a move. You will not find a more friendly and professional moving help company as the Seven Brothers Moving Company. Did I forget to mention that our move was also very reasonably priced and Jeff kept to the quoted price, even though the total time of the move took somewhat longer than had been allotted for. I recently moved after living for 18 years in the same condo. I spoke to Jeff the owner of SEVEN BROTHERS MOVING on the phone while he was in Vegas on vacation (dedication!). He took the time to ask questions and give me a general estimate. Then he gave me the number of his coordinator's direct line. I spoke to Cody and we set up the move. The movers showed up right on time. It was 67 degrees the day before and it was snowing the morning of my move (which was also a Federal Holiday and they didn't charge extra). Jeff even explained ways I could save money related to the truck. I chose to let them handle it all and it was a great experience. Mario and Brad showed up right on time. They were as careful with my things as I would have been! The literally kept an eye on the time and as they were unloading the truck they worked at warp speed to get it done in 2 hours. They organized things where I could find them which I didn't even ask them to do. I just asked they put all the boxes in the same room but as I have unpacked this last week they stacked the kitchen things together etc. It made finding things so easy. I got to meet Jeff because it turns out he lives near where I moved and was driving by and saw one of his trucks:) He is clean cut and kind. He treated his guys and me with the utmost respect. Mario and Brad were nice people too and it really makes a difference. I am a single woman and they made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend this company for anyone who is moving. Large or small! The prices were incredible. I did my homework and there were places that wanted a lot more and could not have possibly done anything these gentlemen did not do. Great Moving Company Moving is stressful enough, Severn brothers moving made the move smooth, low stress. Todd and Cody arrived ON TIME, just as promised and did a fantastic job Jeff actually come to my place and did an onsite estimate, not just an on line guess-a-mate. The only knock was they sent a 20ft truck, Todd and Cody tried their absolute hardest to get all of my belongings into one load, but the truck was just too small. Cody said- no problem and they made a second trip. Here is the real difference- because the estimate was off, Cody and Todd honored the estimate and did not charge me for the second trip, just their time. In the end it all worked out great and they moved everything will just one scratch that they assured me would be addressed by their office within a couple of days. i am waiting to hear from them and believe that they will fix the damaged bed footboard. I used another company to move my furniture into my garage so I could get my floors redone and they were simply terrible. So I cancelled my move in scheduled with them a week later and found Seven Brothers. The difference was night and day. Jarrett and Caleb were polite, quick, efficient and (this was a new one for me for a moving company) fun to work with. Not only that, I loved how they were constantly checking in with each other to make sure they were safe as they moved each piece of heavy furniture--a fantastic example of great teamwork in motion. Plus the costs were clear upfront, no weird hidden fees and the price was very reasonable. After talking to Taylor, who arranged the move, I immediately knew I was in good hands. My experience with Seven Brother Moving was overall a very positive one. Jeff responded to emails and phone calls promptly and was able to quickly provide a very competitive estimate over the phone - I was pleased that the final invoice ended up being the same... no surprise fees or padded hours. The movers were friendly and on-time and finished within the estimated hours. Unfortunately, a week or so after we moved in and started to unpack we were disappointed to see our wicker trunk was damaged. I spoke with Jeff about the damage to which he was very apologetic, and ultimately, we worked out a fair compensation. In spite of the damaged trunk I would still recommend Seven Brothers because of their customer service and dedication to providing a great service. read more

I can't say enough about this company. From the first time I spoke to Jeff, it seemed like this is a moving company that actually cares about doing a good job, not just a quick buck. We've been through a few moves, and believe me, that is a first for us! Our movers, Todd and Michael, not only arrived on time, but 1/2 hr early, and let us know we could wait till the designated time, since they were early. We were ready to get going, so we started. Hard-working, fast, professional, and still careful, is the best way to describe these guys. I have to say, I have been traumatized in the past by a horrible moving company. I could barely eat the day before the packing and move. The minute these guys got to my place my fears evaporated. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!!!!! SO many have said I highly recommend to the point it has become a cliché, I can say it too but it barely touches my gratitude for a great move. Two thumbs up! These guys are unbelievable, they're so good. Friendly, professional and amazing at their job. We were supposed to have a 26-ft UHaul to clear out our 10x15x10-ft-stacked-high storage unit contents, but at the last second they couldn't accommodate and gave us a 20-footer. We were afraid we would need an additional trailer to hook to the truck for a 950 mile trip, but Seven Brothers (Codey and Garrett) came thru! These guys are Tetris KINGS, fitting everything into that truck with smiles on their faces the whole time. All we kept saying was, "Unbelievable!" Codey and Mario moved all my stuff today and they are as amazing as everyone says they are. They showed up on time (actually a couple of minutes early.) Both guys were super polite and respectful. They asked for a tour of everything that had to go in the truck, figured out how best to load it, and then got it in exactly as promised. Unloading was great too: they made no complaint at all about all the stairs and moved just as quickly as it was possible to move. All my stuff ended up in exactly the right places in perfect condition. I don't believe there's a way to get a better move experience. I'd recommend them every single time. read more

We were in a pinch when we arrived in Broomfield and Seven Brothers came to the rescue. They were just wonderful and helped us get settled in a most professional manner. We subsequently used their services for another situation and Jeff again came through in a most professional manner. I had to change several things during the process and he was always right there to make any accomodations that were needed. This is a great company. They actually answer the phone!!!! Jeff and Seven Brothers Moving Company is the GREATEST. They try very hard to meet your needs and work with you. And, I made a mistake on scheduling the move, and Seven Brothers actually let me cancel the move the night before the move! And, they said they did not want a cancellation fee. Wow! I highly recommend this company, they have integrity, they know what they are doing, they are a good "team" and a great group of the same individuals/brothers working there; not people that "come and go", and don't really care or do not have a lot of experience. We moved from Lakewood, CO to Dallas, TX and after extensive search with local and national companies - we decided to go with Jeff and Seven Brothers moving. I am glad we did because it was went very smooth and they were very willing to work with us. I have used Seven Brothers Moving multiple times for jobs large and small and have never been disappointed. They are prompt, courteous, and amazingly quick - I can't believe how fast they can empty a room and load a truck! Each time I have relied on Seven Brothers, they have finished the job in less time than originally estimated, which is never a bad thing. I checked several companies to help me move and ended up selecting Seven Brothers after following up with Jeff, the owner. I moved today and was a little worried about having the crew show up on time and get the job done. I met Robert and Robert who were assigned to my job today and they were pleasant, polite and full of energy. Seven Brothers is the go to moving company to use with your next move. We just moved from a second story apartment into our new house and I cant give enough thanks to the hard work these men did with all of our heavy furniture and no damage once so ever to anything. Their pricing is far below other moving companies. The guys customer service was something that I haven't seen in along time and they want you to tell them how you want things done, not the other way around. I couldn't be more pleased! Codey, Todd, Nick and Brandon arrived promptly, with smiles and everything they needed to ensure the day went smooth! What was quoted 8 hours (and totally could have been) only took them 5... total hustlers while still making sure everything was cared for, packed well, and arrived the same way it left... PLUS they unpacked our pod that we had haphazardly packed up! Best money I've spent all year... HIGHLY recommend Seven Brothers Moving... easy process all around! read more

Seven Brothers Jerry made a really unpleasant moving experience much more pleasant! He and his co-worker Cody went above and beyond to help me get my things from U-Haul who really did not come through as promised. I would highly recommend Seven Brothers Moving for your Denver move! Jeff, the owner made it very easy to schedule my delivery as I live in a high rise apt complex where they have to schedule to be able to lock the elevator down. Todd & Mike arrived on time, were very personable and outgoing, got my one bedroom apartment fully loaded into a cube in just 2 hours, including disassembling a sofa and wrapping some furniture items. And the best part - they were so efficient in their packing that they got what should have required 2 cubes packed into one, saving me $1k on this cross country move! I highly recommend Seven Brothers. They reminded me today why hiring movers is absolutely worth it in time, money and energy. read more

Seven Brothers were amazing helping our organization decommission 22 old, solid wood, 1980's bulky workstations in one day. Todd, Ben, Bryce, Mike and Caleb were courteous, incredibly helpful, expert in their knowledge and skills ... and on top of that, quite fun to work with. Local Moving LLC provided the worst moving experience we have ever had. My partner and I moved 6…read moreminutes from our old location to our new home. We packed everything beforehand, moved almost everything except for a couch, two dressers, two mattresses, a kitchen table, Ikea entertainment center, and coffee table down to the garage of our three story town home to save the movers the time of going up and down multiple flights of stairs with a lot of boxes and small items. We tipped each of the three movers $40 at the start of the day, after they arrived 45 minutes late. We told them where the past movers had parked and recommended they do the same. They opted to park down the street. It took them from 8:45 to 2:30 to load the truck with a partial load. They would be at the truck for 5-10 minutes between each trip to the truck. One of the movers was constantly on his phone talking to a personal call. We ended up setting a garage full of boxes aside and told them not to move them it was taking so long. It took my partner and I 10 car trips to get the remaining things moved. Once they finally finished with the items we set for them to move they sat in front of our old home for 50 minutes while we waited at the new location (6 minute drive) for them to arrive. We purchased them lunch of their choosing and picked it up for them in an effort to speed them along. In the end we had them put almost every single item in the first two rooms right inside the front door and then we carried everything throughout the house because they were moving so slowly. All in all they charged us for 7.5 hours at almost $1900 for the worst service I have ever seen in my life. This is coming from a blue collar worker who worked in moving for many years. For comparison we used The Other Side Movers for our move into the old place 2 years ago. They picked up all of our stuff, loaded their truck, drove 35 minutes, and moved all of our stuff into the new house in 3.5 hours and charged us $685. I will NEVER use this company again and will go out of my way to tell people I know how terrible they are. This move would have been less stressful if we had rented a truck and did it ourselves.
