They had stacked things too high on one trip and boxes went falling into the ground. Friendliness and timeliness are average (was supposed to take six hours and took 8). Cost initially seemed that it was going to be better than average. Can't say I would recommend them based on today's move but maybe I'm just too tired after this day!

A couple things to note: 1) on…read more3 separate occasions there have been zero carts available to haul to/from your car/unit. 2) the app only opens doors during business hours- but you can still use the pin pad 3) the entryway ramp causes the need for a running start to get through the sliding doors before they close- timing is rough sometimes. 4) flimsy wood strips are all they have to get over the little curb. If you hit it wrong it will dead-stop your cart. This caused injury to my finger and my cousin's arm in the middle of rush moving which was painful and inconvenient.

Side note to corporate: The reason (only) that we switched. Same size unit. If I purchased online for 6 months it was 1/3 of the price. The only downside is corporate made us move to get the deal. We use them exclusively and I think this is not the way to treat people who have loyalty.
