The Owner outright said he doesn't get involved and the Comptroller was under the impression I had only been renting since January...because that's what the Manager had relayed. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend dealing with this company. In order to get my 18 y/o son's Memories (H.S. Diploma and things his brother gave him) I am being FORCED to pay $125 before I can have access. THEY MAKE NO PROVISIONS FOR ANTYTHING. I am a 57 year old mother trying to help her son, whose had open-heart surgery and I'm not working....You would've thought they had some compassion...BUT THEY HAVE ZERO!!! ALL OF THEM!!!
