They came with so many people and they not only moved our 2 bedroom apartment but they also assisted in emptying out my mothers 2 big POD containers. The guys that came were simply outstanding they packed everything and moved everything like it was no big deal. It was definitely a long day and we provided them with water and snacks since it was also a warm day. They even helped up save some money at the end of the day and they were very friendly that we got to know a few of them. Me and my husband were very straight forward in letting them know what we had to move and empty and they provided us with as many people as they could which was great. My only issue was that they work so fast and there was so many of them it was difficult to mention where to put some items but it got done at the end of the day.

A couple of weeks later, I was told they never received it and that I needed to pay online (which wasn't an option before). I paid online, and about a week later my original check was cashed. I contacted SSC immediately to let them know I'd been double-charged and asked for a refund. That was three weeks ago. After saying he'd credit me via Venmo, the main contact has gone completely silent. Being double-charged and then ignored is unacceptable. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Before the moving day, his office called to confirm the date. The day of the move, the crew called when they were on their way and gave an accurate time of when they would be there. The crew was also outstanding. Very professional and careful with our items. They took care when moving the larger items thru doorways and halls to not damage anything. They did an excellent job packing the containers and fit more items into the first container that I expected but did so in a safe way.
