In a previous review, I recall offering my gratitude to Karen for her helpfulness and gracious way of interacting. Today, I want to provide a shout-out to Mark, who was very respectful and personable in helping me fix a small mistake I made when I closed the door to my own storage unit incorrectly leaving the latch on the outside of the door. I was able to open the space up again and properly close the door, and Mark was helpful in the way he taught me how to use the latch correctly without making me feel bad for the error. We've interacted before; every time he was beyond courteous and easily conveyed enthusiasm for his role as a person who makes it easy and anxiety-free for people who often find themselves in a transitional life phase (which is why they/I needed to place things in storage). Rented space at the Haverhill, MA location, property was stolen from my storage unit but since the…read morelock wasn't broken and forced entry wasn't obvious the Insurance coverage won't cover. I have pictures of the missing items and a police report for the theft but company indicates it won't cover any damages. Paid for insurance to cover any loss, not worth spending the money on this or the rental as that cost almost doubled in price in just over 1 year. One other point, found out from the police that the facility had been broken into just a couple months before I identified my loss but was never told of the break-in and was actually lied as the manager indicated they had never had a break-in prior to my report.
