It would appear that this is just a "legalize" way of doing nothing. I was very clear about my situation. USStorage would have tapes of all calls to the service center. The Middleton Building is completely NEW and that there was problems with mice, just tells me that the building is not well kept. At the end of the year I decided to go check it out since it was time to put the kit to bed until February. It was awesome. Easy to get into. And the manager is so amicable and accommodating. She understood that having multiple units near one another was ideal for our load in and explained the facility rules of operation/billing/access clearly. The little supply shop was great, too, when we discovered our padlocks were too big. And that we'd run out of shrink wrap.
