Messaging via SMS is probably the easiest way to contact and follow up on your appointment. I have been able to reduce my days waiting by simply checking in about any cancellations. This is a mobile service and they have been doing this a long time. Brian is very good with the service he provides. The carpet we had recently cleaned was soiled in a few places due to a sick dog. Plus, it was time to clean due to the dog having been sick a few others times and the carpet just smelly. After the carpet was cleaned, the room smelled wonderfully clean and remained that way for several days. That clean smell is powerful enough to kill any odors in the room that lingered before. That is what I appreciate because no other chemical can be used that isn't pet safe and finding the correct chemical to use is impossible. They use pet safe products and that is very important in a pet home. It is best to completely clear the room to get the best value for the cleaning. I would absolutely not use this business based on my experience…read more I initially spoke with the owner by phone and then arranged for him to come to an apt I was handling for the landlord to provide an estimate. After he gave me his quote, I told him, "Okay, I'll get back to you. I have to get my other quotes." His response was, "F*** this. I knew you were wasting my time," and he walked away. I was shocked by the reaction. I had never told him that I was definitely hiring him, and I don't think there is anything unusual about getting more than one estimate before deciding who to hire. Later, after I told him that if he speaks to all of his customers the way he spoke to me I was surprised he gets any business at all, he responded by calling me a "scumbag" and saying he knew I was one from our phone conversation. I can only describe my own experience, but based on the way I was spoken to both in person and afterward by THE OWNER , I would not use this business or recommend it to others. They don't even deserve one star. But there was choice for zero stars
