I have been using this facility for just about a month. The property manager Steve has been such a…read morepleasure to work with an always goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Prior to this location, I was using Extra Space Storage in Kingston NH. Unfortunately their pricing was astronomical and the management team was an absolute disgrace. When I contacted SROA - Plaistow, I was welcomed with open arms. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone as they have all sorts of storage options to choose from.

The room isn't even 10x10! It's actually 9x10. This is what these scumbag companies do. Once you have all your stuff in there they raise the rates hoping it's too inconvenient for you to move to another facility. Thank god I only have a few items in there and can easily be moved. I just found another place right down the street for $80. I'm out!
