I emailed back and forth with owners Robert and Angela to narrow down specifics, and they were helpful and prompt with each response. I received email reminders leading up to our move, and a phone call the morning of our move when the truck was 15 minutes out. Robert and Robert (or Rob and Bert!) arrived right on time and ready to work. They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price. The two Roberts were friendly, professional, and fast while still moving larger pieces carefully. We would definitely hire A&R Moving Solutions again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services in Greater Nashville.

I started calling professional movers to see if there was any chance we could get someone out immediately. i was lucky to call Move-It-Moving. Tremaine said he could be there with a crew in 20 minutes. The job involved moving everything up a flight of stairs (they were in a basement apartment) and the uHaul wasn't very close to the apartment door. It was quite a lot of work, and to make it even more complicated, it was pouring rain. Tremaine came right over, and within 90 minutes, had the entire 15 foot U-Haul packed front to back, top to bottom. They saved the day! Everything was packed with care, and arrived safely in Chicago. However, after they left I found several issues. They dragged the tub through a tight turn, which left a mark and gouge on my hardwood floor. This also chipped the porcelain on the tub rim. I told them the tub had to be on its side to go through the bathroom door. They tried it the other way and gouged the door casing on both sides. At some point, they chipped the porcelain on the base. The owner was apologetic and promised to send someone to look at the damage. No one ever called. I fixed the chips, scratches, and gouges myself. They charged $500 for this project and kept telling me what a favor they were doing me by not charging more.

Not only did my package go out on time that day I also got to watch the whole process of them loading up 3 giant fedex planes and watch them take off right before my eyes. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had. The quote you up front and their quote is low to…read morereasonable. They take an initial payment to start the process. They come in to move your items and up charge significantly but do so after all items are almost loaded. They were provided our new address up front mind you. So when they advise the delivery will occur they advise they will have to increase by 2k because they cannot get down the street that they have known about since the initial quote. I was told at the time they were dropping things off I would be charged $75 each stair above 7 steps. We gave up and just said put it all down stairs. They advised they would have to charge more to put the items together and even told me they couldn't put together a child's bed. Overall they increased the amount over and over, advised they would not give us our items if we did not pay cash or Zelle up front for delivery. When I told them Zelle wouldn't let me send anymore for the time being they were going to leave with our items. Which they would have had to come back and that would have been another 2k increase. We had damaged items. Fees upon hidden fees. The men for drop off were so incredibly disrespectful. I understand different cultures treat women differently. But to be regarded as nothing when attempting to address things and having to have a male family member step in to address was disgusting. I had multiple items damaged. Multiple items missing. I had a furniture delivery today which TNT MOVING & Logistics helped me with today. We just moved…read morein and I had a million things to deal with. They were great, quick and their communication was excellent. At the end of the delivery I paid them in cash handing them an envelope that was meant for another vendor who needed a deposit. The envelope had over 2K in it. I didn't count the money and didn't ask them too, which is highly unusual for me especially when I pay in cash. Long story short about 90mins later Tyson texted me saying there was more money in the envelope than he was supposed to get paid. I immediately realized I had given him the wrong envelope. Thank God for this honest young man, he returned my money. I'm grateful to TNT, their service and honesty and would recommend them.
