Best moving company I have ever worked with! My husband and I have used several other moving companies in the past as we have moved from different homes and again when we relocated to Nashville. Some were just ok and others were absolutely awful. For our most recent move we came across Muscle Men Movers and I reached out for a quote. The response time was so quick, the quote process was easy, the prices were fair and we were scheduled right away. On moving day the guys showed up and handled our items carefully and quickly. You can tell these are experienced movers and not just some random guys from a temp agency or college kids working part time. No offense to those types of movers, but it just doesn't work for us. We have some antiques and a lot of breakable items and having our stuff tossed around without much thought or knowledge is stressful. Muscle Men is an accurate description! If you need a moving company in the Nashville area, call Muscle Men Movers! They just moved our super heavy, old upright piano and these guys were insanely strong! I have never seen anything like it. They have great customer service, a rarity these days, and they were the best rate in town. And I called probably 8 different movers in Nashville, Franklin, Spring Hill and Columbia area. My mind is still blown that they carried that thing down 4 stairs without a ramp and did not drop it. Insane strength! They also showed up right on time and were very communicative about the process and time they would come. No dawdling, they came in, wrapped it with padding, and moved our piano to our storage unit 2.6 miles away. They were so fast, I'm pretty sure the whole thing was all within 30 minutes. On a recent move to Nashville, we were let down last minute by a company that was recomended by uhaul. Our realtor stepped in and recomened Muscle Men Movers. She called and we were amazed how personable, professional and prompt they were. While very busy, the owner squeezed us into their schedule. Within a matter of a couple of hours, the owner personally met with us and assured us everything would be fine. True to her word, a few minutes later the moving team arrived and within one hour had my trailer unloaded and placed exactly where we wanted things. No damage, no nicks, all wonderful. I plan to use them again for another moving job and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a truly professional and efficient experience at a fair price. I am so late posting this review, because I was tied up with unpacking and life. However, I had to let everyone know how great this "Team" is when it comes to taking care of your precious belongings! Had a short notice situation and they found a way to work me in when everyone else was booked. They stayed in touch with me through the entire move. The guys who moved us were Beyond Courteous and careful with our furniture and couldn't have been more helpful in every area!! What a Great Experience!!! And the Best part was they could have gouged us on the price knowing we were in a tight spot, but they didn't. Their quote was in line and they were true to their word on pricing. There were a couple of hiccups on my moving day due to an earlier move lasting a bit longer, but Kimberli stayed in contact the entire time. I was flexible on my move time, so it wasn't a big deal! When all was done, she followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and I was satisfied with my move. I work in property management and have referred anyone needing mover to Muscle Men. My wife and I were recommended to Muscle Men movers from a friend and we could not have been happier with our choice! The crew was punctual, packed, boxed, and loaded up everything in our house. We also used them for long term storage and that was a breeze. Once we were ready to move into our new place, they took our things out of storage and delivered to our new house. I used their services the weekend before last and was very please. They showed up an hour and a half earlier than expected-which I thought was great because I was ready to get the move started. They worked quickly and were friendly as well. No issues with wrapping or moving any items and they brought a 3rd person with them and did not charge me for it which I thought was nice! These were not men who were working for the "day'", but professional movers who do this work every day.
