My one complaint is that the crew seemed a little young and inexperienced. We had a couch we wanted to take upstairs and they just decided it wasn't going to fit and left it downstairs. My husband has measured now and it definitely will fit and now we're left to try to figure out how to get it upstairs on our own. More experienced movers will have measured before just giving up on the job. Otherwise they did a good job and we were happy with their service.

Unfortunately, this move was the complete opposite. The movers showed up smelly and unprofessional, and they argued with each other the entire time they were in my home. It was uncomfortable to watch, and on top of that, they were clearly milking the clock rather than working efficiently. When my furniture arrived, several pieces were damaged--including an $800 dresser with two legs broken off, leaving it unable to stand. Three lamp shades never made it into my home during unloading, and the company initially denied they were ever part of the move. For a whole week, they ignored my calls and messages about reimbursement, after saying they would get back to me in 24 hours. They only responded once my father got involved, and even then, their offer was insulting: $70 for the three missing lamp shades and $0 for the ruined dresser. I'm extremely disappointed in how drastically their service quality declined. This company is now unprofessional, careless, and unwilling to take responsibility. I regret booking with them again, and I strongly suggest choosing a different moving company if you want your belongings--and peace of mind--protected.

I just moved this weekend from West Nashville to Franklin and these guys could not have done a better job. The quote process was quick and easy. They are super responsive and communicate well. Move time was noon on Saturday. I received a text from them around 11:40am saying running a few behind but would be there by 12:15pm or so. Once they showed it was a breeze! Huge truck and 5 guys, they had my 2 bed/2 bath apartment loaded into that truck in less than 30 minutes. I think the drive to the new place was longer than the load time. Again, super quick unload and they were all so kind, and very careful with your items. 3 hour minimum so I ended up paying for longer than what they worked, but that is moving company standards, and I've done that with just about every move I've ever done. Kudos to Jonathan and his team. Thank you for making a stressful process a little less stressful!

However, after they left I found several issues. They dragged the tub through a tight turn, which left a mark and gouge on my hardwood floor. This also chipped the porcelain on the tub rim. I told them the tub had to be on its side to go through the bathroom door. They tried it the other way and gouged the door casing on both sides. At some point, they chipped the porcelain on the base. The owner was apologetic and promised to send someone to look at the damage. No one ever called. I fixed the chips, scratches, and gouges myself. They charged $500 for this project and kept telling me what a favor they were doing me by not charging more.

This time, moving the same amount of belongings (just from a 1st floor to a 3rd floor, across town), everything fell apart. I paid for 3 movers plus a full kitchen pack. The crew arrived without packing supplies and said they didn't know packing was part of the job. They also didn't know the destination had stairs. From there, it derailed. Despite paying for three men, one walked off and another sat in the truck for over an hour, leaving me and a single crew member to pack and stage a majority of the load. Meanwhile, the driver spent about 90 minutes of his shift meandering around looking busy while complaining to the crew -- in front of me, in my own home -- about how this "wasn't what he was told," repeating things like "who books a packing job in the afternoon." When I finally told him not to worry about the stairs since I'd move everything to a first-floor storage unit instead, he got defensive, asked if I was saying he wasn't working, grabbed his toolbox, said he didn't have to work for me, and stormed out -- leaving me, a single woman, in a tense standoff with three strangers in my kitchen. I manage properties for a large multifamily company and will not be recommending this mover to residents, friends, or in any move-in materials. I've done six cross-country moves and countless local ones -- I know how this works, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I ended up hiring a second company because I no longer trusted this crew on the stairs. The cherry on top was when payment time arrived and they tried to charge me for a fourth crew member when I didn't authorize that, had no clue they were even sending another person--and yet tried to charge me for that! Frankly, I should've only been charged for a two person crew when in reality I barely had that! So disappointing in every way, especially the final billing. It stings even more when I now have to pay for NEW movers to finish the job THEY started! Horrible experience.
