This is a beautiful and clean store. Went to Morton and found my tire was punctured and leaking fast. Blain's was right there and no cars in the shop bays. Assistant Manager, Eric was not friendly or welcoming at first but did state that they would look at it. An hour later and $16 it was fixed. At check out a different guy behind the counter with no uniform on was admonishing the staff over my vehicle checklist not being completed and that they were slipping at their jobs. I do need brakes and tires but nobody checked it over properly so I guess I'll get them where they do what they're supposed to do. Very sad as this store had a huge automotive area and nobody working on cars in it. Thankful that they got me back on the road and as a previous service manager at one on the oldest dealerships in the Midwest, they need to work on people skills and communication to get repeat customers. read more

I enjoy Farm and Fleet but just went at 7 pm, not enough lighting in parking lot, will not go again at night!

Farm and Fleet auto service was fast, friendly and efficient, big thumbs up for the friendly staff the check you in and out.

Short staffed and stocked. Disappointing. Downloaded the app. Annoying. Will not be back anytime soon.

Management is horrible. Overcharged me almost $30. I checked the receipt in my truck before leaving. Went back in and 40 minutes later the manager offered to refund $12 saying "you got a good enough deal" I just wanted the advertised price. He agreed that he owed me the full amount but wouldn't do it. I returned the entire $240 purchase. He could not have cared less. I won't go back. Expect that you will need to check your receipt carefully and good luck if it is wrong. Did I mention this was on their "Reward Members Appreciation" event? read more

I want to compliment the staff in the Auto Service area. They promptly and cheerfully took my car back to add air in the tires for me. It was a frigid winter day and they welcomed me into the service area and promptly fixed my problem. I highly recommend them. The Morton staff is wonderful. read more

This location is my go-to spot for oil change and tire rotation. The ease of appointments and the friendly staff are definitely a plus. My most recent experience did not go quite as planned. I dropped my car off the night before for an oil change and tire rotation that was previously scheduled. I asked that my battery be tested. I received a phone call indicating it needed replaced. I authorized replacement. I arrived at 5:00 p.m. that evening to pick my vehicle up. I asked that it be ready by 3:00 p.m. When I arrived I started to check out and was only charged for the oil change. I asked if there was a second invoice for the battery and was met with confusion. Long story short, I end up pulling my car up front because no one could tell me if they change my battery or not. I pulled the battery cover behind the passenger seat and the battery was a new farm and fleet battery. I was a little disappointed because this made me 20 minutes late for a dinner appointment. All after. I paid $30 to have the battery installed and I could have got the battery installed for free at a location across town but wanted to give F and F my business. It was not the fault of the employees that were working at the time of pickup, but I'm not sure where the wires got crossed. Hopefully this is just a one-time negative experience and I do plan on returning. read more

Tell me why I went in not even 5 months ago and was suppose to get ALL 4 of my breaks changed, got charged $300 with an extra $50 for a part they broke that ended up stranding me there until said part came in....Only to find out today when I had a friend change my brakes once again which are only $15-$20 at AutoZone (He was the manager of the automotive section for Walmart years ago) that their automotive section not only didn't touch my front brakes when I paid for all of them. I ALSO GOT CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE TIME THEY STRANDED ME BY BREAKING AN IMPORTANT PART THAT DISABLED ME FROM LEAVING EVEN IF I WANTED TO. I wouldn't suggest their over pricing asses to even my worst enemy. read more

The only reason they're not getting 5 stars is because my order was messed up by whoever wrote it up and put it in the computer, resulting in the tech replacing my front drums/brakes rather than the rear, which was where the noise was coming from. When I left the first time, I turned right around and the asst mgr. who did the work took my Jeep for a drive, realizing that the noise was the back brakes. The front were at 4mm so in a sense they did need replaced, but it was an additional $160 that could have went to my back brakes. They did do the back brakes the following week, not charging me for the labor. The upside was they were friendly, quick (only an hour for both sets), and cheap. Total of $320+change for all four brakes and drums. Priced Goodyear in Pekin and they wanted $308 for just the front!! Highly recommend these guys regardless of the confusion. read more

Today I had an appointment for an oil change and the desk man, Rudy, said it would take one hour or less. I had my baby with me. We walked around the store and went back. He kept stalling me, saying it wasn't ready yet. I finally put my foot down and said I want my car, I'm leaving. He said that it hadn't been even touched and he knows that it was unacceptable. I waited an hour and 41 minutes- with an appointment, with a baby, for no reason whatsoever. Never again. read more

Had rear struts installed recently at Morton location. Car was returned with dirty oily finger and hand prints all over headliner and rear seats and dirty scratches in the door posts where the rear deck meets them. Also one of the new struts has a big gouge in the wall - I presume tool marks. A little worried this could affect performance down the road. My advice is NEVER let them touch your car. You car should NOT BE DAMAGED during a repair. The store manager said when he got the pictures of the damage and then watched the video of the repair he got more mad at the mechanic the more he watched. Now after promising me they will make it right the regional manager is waffling. If I could post the pictures of the damage on here I would. (UPDATE) Spoke to someone at corporate and they cut through the baloney and got me a full refund today. With that I will have the car detailed. Still, even though they capitulated it was an extreme hassle and took up way more time than the repair itself to get this far and will cost me more time to have car detailed. I cleaned some of the oily marks and a couple are actually scratched into the molding trim, so that will never be corrected as in permanent damage. read more

My mother has a back-up sumo pump in her basement that kept going off due to the battery. This continued for 5 days sending the dog into a steady tizzy! She called Farm and Fleet on a Saturday and spoke with a woman who explained what to do to remove it. MY MOM WAS THRILLED because she could get the noise out of the house!!!! I wish she remembered the name of the sweet lady who saved a great deal of stress for her and the dog. Bless you! read more

Had an appointment for an exhaust check. I had been under my vehicle before and noticed i had a resonator leaking in front of the muffler. They checked my exhaust and gave me an estimate for 900.00 for repair. I said i wanted to get another estimate at another place.Took it to the local exhaust repair business and he quoted me a repair at 100.00. He got the job and I am giving everyone who reads this fair warning to steer clear of Farm and Fleet. read more

I went in on a Sunday afternoon. It was my first time at their new location. The intention for my visit was to peruse the chainsaws and see what they offered. As I was walking down one of the bigger main aisles, there was a younger man named Jake that was putting merchandise onto shelves from a pallet. He asked if he could help me - really impressed me that someone would go out of their way to offer help when he was focused on a specific task already. I told him I had researched the chainsaw I wanted and he led me to the correct aisle. It turned out they had the model I wanted on the shelf out of the box as a demo. Now I hadn't used a chainsaw in over 15 years so I had some questions. This man walked me through the entire process from explaining the components of the saw, the different options for fuel and chain oil and other accessories. He even went so far as to show me how to put a chain on the saw and how to tension it correctly so that I would be safe while operation the saw. He did this because I placed an order for a new one instead of the demo and he knew that the chain would not be on bar - it would have to be installed by someone. He had extensive knowledge of the brand and even demonstrated knowledge of how a combustion engine works. He took the time to explain the maintenance it would require and demonstrated how to perform such tasks. He may have been late getting his merchandise put away because of his interaction with me but employees like this are the reason I will return to this store. Outstanding attention to detail and willingness to help are what this man offered as an employee to me. I felt as if he was building Farm and Fleet up to a standard of excellence and not down to the price of a product. Automotive department is a total clown show. I mean these guys are really bad. I was in the used car business for 20 years ( dealing with repair shops daily) and these people are the worst. Had a bad experience a few months ago having to wait 2.5 hours when told it would be 1 hour for simple brake repair. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have just been a bad day. I was dead wrong. Now a couple months later I have brake problems. I called for an appointment and was told 1 week is the soonest they could get it in. I scheduled and was there 1 week later at 9:00am as agreed. They did not look at it until 11:04am. Then at 12:17 pm they pulled it out of the garage and told me it is ready. I asked what was done and they said " we inspected the brakes and it needs rear brakes. Do you want to make an appointment?" So they charged me for the inspection and that was that. I also heard the guy at the desk tell another dissatisfied customer " its always this way" . read more

My first experience with f&f was about 10 years ago when they where in there old building, I had a leak in a car tire, they where on my way home so I went in, I told the employee that I had used fix a flat to get the car to the shop, after attempting to find the leak and failing the employee put the tire back on the car and pulled it into the lot, he then called me to the waiting area and yelled at me for using fix a flat, I then told him to pull the car back in and put a new tire on. today 3/23/18 at around 10 am my wife found a nail in her tire so she went to f&f the girl at the auto service center sat at the counter chewing her gum would not even look up, and said very rudely, if you didn't buy the tires here we wont help you, my wife then called sam leman of Bloomington ,my wife works in Bloomington, even though we didn't buy the tires at sam leman they got her in, not only did they fix the tire, they rotated & balanced the tires, changed the oil and washed the car. that is called customer service, we will never go to f&f again. your employees are rude your company doesn't have a clue what customer service is. this one act in my family alone has cost you a lot of customers. read more
